Every since the location moved to the small building behind freshies, the place has become one of my favorite places around. The food is absolutely amazing, and the portion sizes are massive. I paid $15 for orange chicken and rice, and it could feed a family of 4 while being very delicious. On top of this the lady working was so nice and was even willing to stay open late just to get us our food. 10/10 read more

I've been here multiple times. My main issue with this place is consistency. You never know if it's going to be good or not good. The buffet has shrunk considerably and they hardly ever have spring rolls anymore, which was my favorite item. My daughter always liked their lemon chicken. Much of the food has the same vinegary flavor and most of it is soggy or dry. Every once in awhile though, the food is good. We go here mainly because it is the only Chinese buffet in the area. So, if you want to get filled up and don't care if the food is perfect this is your place, but if you want good Chinese food, go to the mall. Chopsticks is much better. read more

options for sushi that I've found, but iruenral pearl seems to do a great job. I have ordered 8 different things there from tuna to my favorite the baked scallop roll. The flavors are good and what is very important yo me it's consistent each time you order. I've eaten in and gotten takeout and enjoyed both each time. Eleven got my nephew to try it and he enjoyed as well. The service is always good there. Very friendly and attentative to your needs. Smiles when waiting on you and very patient. I only gave thus place a three innstead if a four because of the buffet. I'm not a fan if that part. It's for a lot if variety and always full. The quality and consistency however are not the same as my experience with the service and sushi. I have tried the buffet numerous times with not having any goid experiences. The outside looks promising. Inside, the seating area has an interesting ceiling mural. Don't eat the food, though. It's not good. Cold, slimy, ick. Thats what my broccoli beef tasted like. Highly recommend cooking at home. read more

If I was rating based on the portion size this would be 5 stars. The service was very good, attentive waitress and helpful. The food was a 3 star, some good, some ok. The fried rice was very good, sweet and sour pork not so much. As I mentioned earlier the portion size was huge, my wife and I ordered the dinner for two but I don't think a family of four could have eaten this entire meal. Tried other restaurants in the area, this is the only one I will definitely be going back to. read more

Service was on time and the order was spot on. Crab rangoon was generous and very good. Mu Shu Pork was excellent and enough to feed 4 people. Sesame chicken was very good. No complaints at all. Also ordered here on Christmas Eve 2020 for eight people and they were spot on for all orders. While there PIFD showed up to pick up their order for firemen working that night. It was a big order as their families were at the fire station to have dinner also. The manager said their order was on the house and thanked them for their service. read more

This restaurant used to be amazing back over 10 years ago when it was called Tang's. Every few years since the changeover I've tried it hoping it would be good again (3 times that I can remember) but last night was officially the third strike. The food just isn't good, it's a very nice looking restaurant, but the food is just terrible, mostly cold, not really fried much either. The past three times I've gone I've questioned why I gave them another chance. Tang's Cuisine in Houlton is so much better, I wish they would go back to having the same food again. I used to go hear a lot when it had a different name and I was a student at the university. The food was delicious, I loved the soup, and the buffet changed often. A friend invited me to this restaurant when I visited her, and I was shocked by how bad it was. I had the vegetarian vegetable soup that had little pieces of unidentified food in it, which I think might have been wontons. The buffet had been sitting out for awhile. The rice was clumped together, the fried food was starting to get soggy, the meat was dry. I complained about the "mix" in the soup, but the waitress said that she could not tell me what it was. She offered to get me a new bowl. I refused. My friend was upset that the majority of the food was fried, American food, such as clams, chicken fingers, etc. Never again. read more

The sushi by Judy is amazing. Workers are very nice here. The restaurant inside is very spacious, but the furniture and atmosphere overall isn't very nice. I wouldn't waste your time with the buffet food here. It's never fresh and always is sitting out. If you come here, order the sushi. The sushi is amazing, period. read more
