The buffet is wonderful and à la carte is fast and hot. At the buffet I usually get stir fried string beans and salt and pepper chicken with a side of beef fried rice. The salt and pepper chicken and the string beans are loaded with umami. I have also tried General Tsos chicken à la carte, since they usually don't have it on buffet, it was the best I think I've ever had. The service is hard working but sometimes when the restaurant is fully seated it may be a bit slow. Though I've only seen that on Christmas Eve. The ambience is better when the bar is closed but more or less what you'd expect from a busy Chinese restaurant.

Jade has been around a long time and I enjoy coming here. They are under new ownership since the last time I was here and the service certainly isn't lacking. We were greeted promptly and had a nice area to sit in that wasn't right on top of any other tables so we could talk and enjoy ourselves. The food was delicious as expected. They weren't very busy and it did take a little longer to get our food than expected but it was worth the wait. The selection was not huge but decent! I had the noodles, lots of broccoli and some pork in sweet and sour sauce with some other fried chicken plus a couple of chicken wings.
