And I was SO impressed by this store, in so many ways! It really feels like more of a chic boutique than just a store in a mall. It's so beautifully laid out, with a real Parisian vibe. Lots of lovely finishes and features, soft palette, chandeliers, good lay-out. It really has an exclusive feel about it. We were warmly greeted when we entered, and it seemed that the employees here genuinely liked working here. I saw them smiling and laughing and chatting with customers, who also were in good spirits. The merchandise here is clearly geared for younger women. It's a very "girly" store, but elevated. I saw plenty of lovely clothing, accessories and gift ideas, all in a mid-range price (relatively speaking. Nothing is really inexpensive, but neither are the prices exorbitant). Reading the other reviews, I see this shop is "faith-based", and they play Christian music. I was really surprised to see this! I am Jewish and I didn't even notice any of this. (If it were heavy-handed, I would be offended and leave, but honestly, I didn't even notice any of this!). Live and let live, I say. I had no idea there was any religious affiliation with this shop. All I know is, it's a lovely boutique-like store where the people are nice and the merchandise looks great. 'Nuff said.

The customer associate searched for the return label number on his own cell phone and was able to process the return without me having to drive home and get the necessary information. They aren't nice enough to be a department store like Macy's or Nordstrom, but not cheap enough to be like Target. However, this store is clean and has amazing restrooms. Also, when making a return, I got $5 in Kohl's Cash that I decided to spend on some clearance candy. Upon going to the register, I found out that I had $10 Kohl's Cash on my account, so I essentially got $15 for free and didn't have to pay for any of the things I wanted to buy! No minimum, and you can use it on clearance items. Too bad Kohl's doesn't really carry anything that I wear besides Van's, undershirts, underwear and socks, but good to know for the future!

During COVID days, they provide hand sanitizer, clean the counter and credit card machine between every customer, require masks, wear masks and limit your visit to dressing room to one time per customer. This is important to know! You can bring in up to 7 items but you can only use dressing room once per visit. Makes sense as they sanitize the dressing room after each customer, which takes time, and they hold cloths that are tried on for a certain time period before putting back on the floor. Thank you! So it's best to know all of this up front so you are selective on the items you need to try on and only bring those in for your one time access to fitting room Since I came to this store specifically to exchange a bra that I purchased online at an incredible price of $12.97, I made sure to prioritize the potential exchange bras in my count of 7 items. I knew this store was my best option for doing an even exchange, which they will only do with like items, because of their massive Caique department. Turned out to be my luck day as the bras on the final sale rack were buy one get one free. I found two bras for $14.97 so after my exchange, they cost me $2. Amazing deal! The Women working here are friendly, helpful and never made me feel rushed. They always start a room for you and help with sizing, getting different sizes and offering suggestions. They provide great customer service and I especially appreciate their dedication to sanitizing all service areas to keep us all safe during the Pandemic. Thank you!!!

It's like the clothes are trying way too hard to say, "I'm still young." They would do far better with natural fabrics vs polyester, and solids and neutrals. The one or two items I kinda thought could work, like a black quilted vest, were far too overpriced, and that was the after Christmas sale price. Now let's talk about the sizing. They created their own so that everyone is basically a number not associated with the standard sizing, so no one feels like a plus size. Ridiculous. We all know that a 4 is larger than a 0 or 1. All this does is make it impossible to figure out what size pants or top to bring into the dressing room. And to have 4-5 sizes means that each size fits a variety of shapes, so it's either too big or small. Not a fan. Chicos is big on accessories. Thing big, chunky necklaces. More bling. Belts. Scarves.
