However I will no longer be going into this store if a certain clerk is working. Just plain nasty. It's always frustrating, when you run up on a retail clerk, who's job is CUSTOMER SERVICE- and they can not do their job or put on a happy face and the job. When working in a clothing store, it is the clerks job to know their product line and know how to process returns. It is not the customers job to locate items to assist the clerk. If I wanted to have a job in retail, I would apply. I will go back to online shopping and just return the items via the post. I am sure the Bridgeport location will close soon enough unless they hire some associates who know the value of customer service.

I have to say, it can be very hit or miss. There is a whole room, albeit a small one, filled with shoes but sometimes it's all a bunch of stuff I don't like. That doesn't mean you won't find a gem or two. Also, with the clothes, to be honest the selection is usually more suitable to my mom's taste than mine, but they get some quality young people designers in there too. I didn't even realize they had a store until we were at a Thorns game and walked past it! Needless to say, I have quite a wardrobe from there. I was originally obsessed with the P hats because they were plain, yet epic and cool. Classic. But most weren't VEGAN!! I can't do wool, never have been able to because I ITCH!!! I think I've got 4 beanies and 7 or 8 baseball hats. I have one zip UP hoodie, three over the head hoodies lol and two tshirts. And I DO have the cream colored backpack for my work stuff. My relationship with Paloma, has changed from a shop where I looked at pretty things, as a little girl with my grandmother - to a staple. Paloma is my go-to place when I am seeking something special and unique for the loved ones in my life. Paloma never lets me down with their expansive collections of accessories, bags, locally made jewelry, and high quality US made clothing lines, such as: Cut Loose and Tianello. Being rather petite, the clothing at Paloma is not always available in my size. However, the pieces I have bought for myself, are some of my favorites. On the other hand, the jewelry is where I really go a bit overboard for myself. I can't resist the exceptional selection of handmade rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings.
