He then said, "what else you want me to do?" I said I would like you to provide sanitary service and allow us to be able to use your restroom. As we were leaving, someone had choice words with him. I came in to protect them as he was berating and screaming at her. I told him I was calling the cops and his corporate office, and he said he didn't fucking care, we didn't buy anything we have no rights. I had a card, just needed a reset. She was extremely rude and lazy. Just couldn't be bothered. If diesel was .10 cents a gallon, I wouldn't go back. Initially they failed to accept the transfer of my prescriptions from another location and so after filling here once I had to return again for months to the other location. After 3 or 4 months I just gave up. Then for no reason at all, they did start filling them in Bealeton - with no notice. Whatever. Also on two occasions they dragged their feet filling sick prescriptions - clearly something I needed right away. The first time they told me to come back at a certain time but an hour after that time they still weren't ready. Earlier today, having lost my voice at 4pm, when they acknowledged the sick scripts at 10:19am, they told me when I got to the window to drive around and get back in line because they weren't ready yet - just a few moments. So I asked to stay put if it would be just a few moments and they said it would be faster to go inside. I asked them to explain why that would be and they couldn't. So I went inside and had to wait in line all over again. I asked again how this was faster and they told me it's because their speaker wasn't working in the drive through and they couldn't hear my questions clearly. So, um, fix the speaker not give me the run around. Recommend do not use for urgent needs!
