Might have better luck ordering online for pickup even when sitting inside. Coffee was good, and their selection of drinks (alcoholic drinks , coffees, teas) is broad. Cheese danish was crispy, although cold despite my request for it to be heated up, and something about the cheese filling felt off. Likely wouldn't order again, but I'd definitely like to try some of their other pastries.

Flavors were good but with a walk up dining experience price feels high, almost double from photos here on yelp. The experience, it was 58° outside but they had their ac on full blast, so cold I had to grab a jacket. The espresso machine was broken, so no coffee for me, would have gotten a tea, but didn't feel like paying the $6.29 for just tea from their disorganized kitchen. Broken furniture and the floors were dirty. Sorry guys, missed it for me.

It was supposed to be delivered between 10:33 and 10:38. OK, that's a long wait for a single tea...but so be it. However... That was not what happened at all. This was a simple order of Earl Grey tea with sugar-free vanilla and soy. You think that they would've had one of the items in stock. They ultimately had one single earl grey teabag, instead of the 4 my order requires. I was told that my drink was sleeping at 10:30, but at 10:48, I was called over and they were telling me they only had one teabag. OK, so I don't get my Earl gray tea. I get English breakfast. Then they ran out of the soy. Then they ran out of the sugar-free vanilla, and some some unknown reason appear to have substituted regular sugar vanilla. So..saying that, what part of my drink was correct? At that point I asked to cancel. They offered to remake, but they didn't have any tea so there wasn't any option for that. The real kicker was as I was standing there at 11:01 AM. A gentleman came up in a Sugar Daddy costume, the candy. Nothing weird that it's Halloween so he walked up, and the barista asked what his order was. He and they chitchatted about school, and then she said well I'm gonna move you up to the top of the list. For the 12 or so people standing there, some of whom had been waiting like me for over a half hour past when we were told our drinks would be read, all raised our eyebrows. It's great that the teacher came to see a former student that doesn't mean that they get to jump the queue. That was really annoying, but the kicker is I couldn't even drink my drink. I am lactose intolerant and I am a diabetic. You cannot give me full sugar stuff and just shrug. I walked out because there were at least two dozen people waiting, and we had an appointment to get to. They were frantic busy, I get it. Butttttttttttt, if you can't get my order correct don't charge me. If they're so busy they can't get one tea to a person. I spent seven dollars to handle a drink to Panera bread for them to throw away, because THEY made my drink correctly. I wanted a Starbucks drink not a Panera drink. But this Starbucks has disappointed me, and I will be going to the Harris Teeter on Heathcote or Gateway from now on. I have to say, I've always had good experiences with this Starbucks. This experience, especially the line jumping, was especially irritating. Having said that, Starbucks corporate was kind enough to issue a refund. I'll keep the star rating here, but I did want to say this has been resolved within a day.
