Said they sent an email but didn't. Now we have to "reschedule" a tank check. We will now be waiting 7 to 10 days for a refill even though we are supposed to be on autofill. The autofill option has never worked. Run away from this company. I am no longer sure who owns Quarles. I think it has been sold to a company called Superior, whose service is exactly as terrible as it was under Quarles. This review is for home-delivered propane to heat our home.
