I ordered two Bacon, Egg, & Cheese sandwiches - with extra bacon and cheese; one Sausage, Egg, & Cheese sandwich - with extra cheese, and a hash brown. I got the food to go. As I was heading down the road eating, I discovered they totally botched my order: - 1 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had no cheese at all - 1 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had one slice of cheese - The Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had one slice of cheese - The Hash Brown was terrible. It had an odd texture to it. When my food was ready, they handed me a pile of pre-wrapped food - with no bag. When I asked for a bag - I was told to go over to one of the self-checkout stations to get a bag. Great customer service experience. NOT. When asking for them to double check and make sure they didn't scan a lotto ticket after one of the employees said that the lotto machine wasn't working properly the manager was not willing to look into the matter because she already calculated the tickets the person gave her and didn't see a need to check the ticket folder to make sure the employee gave her all the tickets to see if there was a 10.00 ticket placed in by mistake. Very poor customer service. If that happened to us how many others out there have they over looked that didn't scan correctly and cheating people out of small amount.

Said they sent an email but didn't. Now we have to "reschedule" a tank check. We will now be waiting 7 to 10 days for a refill even though we are supposed to be on autofill. The autofill option has never worked. Run away from this company. I am no longer sure who owns Quarles. I think it has been sold to a company called Superior, whose service is exactly as terrible as it was under Quarles. This review is for home-delivered propane to heat our home.

I had a card, just needed a reset. She was extremely rude and lazy. Just couldn't be bothered. If diesel was .10 cents a gallon, I wouldn't go back. One of the friends did look directly at me & just smile. Not one of the people there had the decency to say "yes, we are closed" especially when the online hours say they're open until Midnight! This is so unprofessional & extremely rude! I won't spend another dime at Wi-Not Stop in Bealeton, VA again! I will gladly go across the street to 7-11 where the employees are extremely friendly!
