NEVER go here and give his guy any form of your money. After a long flight and drive in traffic, we…read morestop by to go to the bathroom and get some coffee. While using the bathroom, I was notified they were out of toilet paper. I went up to the clerk and said "Hi, I'm sorry to bother you but you're out of toilet paper." He just says "No". I said, are you out of it? And he just shook his head yes. I asked if he had a napkin and he told me to go buy them. As I was shocked, I asked if he really just said if I had to buy them. He then said, "what else you want me to do?" I said I would like you to provide sanitary service and allow us to be able to use your restroom. As we were leaving, someone had choice words with him. I came in to protect them as he was berating and screaming at her. I told him I was calling the cops and his corporate office, and he said he didn't fucking care, we didn't buy anything we have no rights. I told him as humans, we have the right to treated respectfully and kindly. He had no idea that we were going to purchase items AND gas, we just needed to use the restroom first. To assume that we weren't and to treat us that way is ridiculous, no wonder this place looks so cheaply ran.

This place seems to get considerable ire. No gas station, that serves chicken, will be perfect each…read morevisit. The chicken and its an opinion, used to seem better quality. Prices are up for inflation, who knows if or when that happens. The convenience store is quite good. If you want low prices, for gasoline this should work. They have lots of pumps, with considerable range. Nice employees that take the time, to make sure good offers are accurate. Decent clean restrooms . This isn't a must stop location, but it's works for these quick meal experiences. Pretty area also.

Stopped in at Royal Farms for a hot breakfast. Royal Farms is a combination convenience store/gas…read morestation, and hot food to go place. It's located at the intersection of U.S. 29 & U.S. 17. They have a warmer with pre-made breakfast sandwiches. You can also order breakfast sandwiches (and other sandwiches) - custom made to go. Custom food orders are placed on a digital kiosk. I ordered two Bacon, Egg, & Cheese sandwiches - with extra bacon and cheese; one Sausage, Egg, & Cheese sandwich - with extra cheese, and a hash brown. I got the food to go. As I was heading down the road eating, I discovered they totally botched my order: - 1 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had no cheese at all - 1 Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had one slice of cheese - The Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit had one slice of cheese - The Hash Brown was terrible. It had an odd texture to it. When my food was ready, they handed me a pile of pre-wrapped food - with no bag. When I asked for a bag - I was told to go over to one of the self-checkout stations to get a bag. Great customer service experience. NOT. You'll have a much better custom breakfast sammich experience at the Sheetz across the street. #RoyalFarms

More often than not 7-11 convenience stores are visited due to the need for coffee or gasoline more…read moreso than the need to for an experience. And for most 7-11 stores that would be fine, but not for this one. You see, I've had two extraordinary experiences at this location and I would like to share them with you so that hopefully you too can have an experience of your own. The first starts off with an early day at work. 3:00 A.M. to be exact. Feeling extremely tired I decided to make a pit stop at this store on the way into work. I was having trouble keeping my eyes open on the road and needed to remedy this problem as soon as possible. So as one normally would, I parked my car, entered the store and made my way to the cooler to get myself an energy drink. But today was a bit different. The store was cleaner than normal, the lights brighter and the coolers were stunning. Now, normally I wouldn't pay too much attention to the upkeep of the coolers, but the lighting in them was just phenomenal. The cans were glowing today, as if to tell me " It's ok, you will make it to work safely and more awake than ever before today!". From that moment forward I knew my day would go well. And with that revelation I grabbed my drink, paid for it and went on to to make it safely to work with no incident what so ever. My second best experience came on a day just like any other day. Except on this day I got into my vehicle only to discover it was a touch on the smelly side. My first thought was to run back inside to get the febreeze. But after some some careful deliberation I decided it best to visit 7-11 to purchase an air freshener. When I arrived I found the normal assortment of air fresheners. The scented trees and the little circle things that hang from the air vents. But then I saw it out of the corner of my eye. A large mouth bass. Not a real one, but an air freshener one. Immediately I thought about how I could use this as a conversation starter when people rode with me and there were awkward silences. So I quickly grabbed it off the shelf along with a snickers and headed to the counter to pay for my prize. I was pleased to discover the fish hung perfectly from my rear view mirror. Now, several months later, the piney scent coming from my fish has long since vanished. But alas, he still hangs from my mirror vigilantly watching over my car and I presume fending off would be car jackers as well. Those two experiences are why I reward this establishment with a 5 out of 5. And I hope you will do this same after you visit here as well.
