They came exactly as ordered and they did not skimp on the meats. Fresh and delicious. They packed silverware, napkins and lots of condiments. The two women, Jillian and Debbie were very friendly and attentive. They asked that we come back anytime. They helped take my order to the car. Now, how often do you experience anything like that ? Not only did he do a marvelous job, but also finished in less than the estimated time. In addition, BJ's doesn't mark up tire pressure sensors like other repair shops. Don't overlook BJ's tire center if you need tires. I have had nothing but excellent results!

Not what you'd expect from Speedway!…read more Location: This Speedway is centrally located on Cedar Road. It is especially conveniently located if you are commuting to the highway from South Euclid or Cleveland Heights. Unfortunately, this Speedway is consistently disappointing. It feels like this gas station severely declined in the last few years. It's just not the experience that you would expect from the Speedway brand. Cleanliness: This location is filthy. Everything inside the store is unkempt - coolers, fridges, coffee machines, and food preparation stands. Specifically, there are thick layers of dust, visible handprints, hand smores, and dirt on their equipment stated above. The outside of the store is also not tidy - garbage scattered on the ground and very dirty pumps. I get the feeling that this gas station did not have a deep clean or any clean in awhile. When I make purchases at this store, I never risk buying anything but packaged beverages. I also wear my own gloves at the pumps. While I understand that this is a high traffic location, it seems somewhat disappointingly abandoned. Gas Prices: Gas prices at this store are usually the same or a few cents less than BP across the street. Pumps malfunction 100% of the time. I always encounter payment issues at the pump with various error codes, and so do other customers (based on observations). I always bring it up to employees in hopes that these issues get fixed. They always state that they know that the pumps do not take payments. The lack of fully working pumps creates a long line at this location. I would recommend avoiding this location if you are in a rush. Customer Service: customer service at this location is just not good. There are no greetings or farewells. I sympathize with employees because they look exhausted and unmotivated. Sometimes the checkout is not even staffed. Safety: The gas station is not well lit at night. Despite being on the main road, it just doesn't feel like the safest place in the city. I get very reluctant to go there in the evening despite loving nightlife. Overall, I would only recommend this gas station if you must get gas on your way past this gas station or desperately need gas. Otherwise, it's not your usual Speedway experience. You always leave this store disappointed in service.

The station is always out of them and the pump pumps you to "See cashier." i'm sure I'm not the only customer that doesn't have time to wait online to see the cashier. But I do need a receipt for my gasoline purchase. My boss is getting angry that I never have a receipt attached to my expense report. I like the convenience store. I like the gasoline. But I especially like the direction I can't be going when I stop here. There are two other stations at this intersection both with convenient stores and gas pumps. But I can't conveniently approach them from the direction. I'm driving. Please, Mr. Gas Station Owner, MAKE SURE YOUR STAFF PUT ROLLS OF PAPER IN EACH PUMP EVERY DAY. This was my first time here and was blown away with everything that they offer - it is like they took a Target and shrunk it down! The ones working in the pharmacy itself were super busy, but still very nice and friendly. Jessica is the pharmacist that we talked to and although she was busy, she took time to listen without making us feel like we were a bother. And she was friendly to boot! They have fresh fruit and veggies and they looked fresh and in good condition. They have a deli - they have a large frozen foods section - they have clothing, bakeware, groceries... I even bought some cute oven-proof bowls to make french onion soup in! And you would think that the prices would be way high, but although a few things were a little higher, the majority of the products were priced pretty much what you would pay at Giant Eagle or Target. Anyway, I did not expect to find all of this, along with great customer service in a drug store! Who knew? Well now we all do!

They have a really nice deli with a large selection of meats, cheeses and salads. Some grab n go sandwiches and snacks are available at the deli and at the front of the store as well. They have a decent sized fresh produce kiosk, dairy, frozen and huge beer and wine section. It is indeed a one stop shop. They DO save you the run around, as their famous jingle indicates. The thing that I love most about Drug Mart is that they carry a lot of items that no one else does. Even right down to a local made almond milk. Love that! They have aisles and aisles of just about anything you could need at competitive prices. I've found some more hard to find cosmetics and hair products there, too. And did I mention that their cosmetics department is huge? My only complaint is that I wish they carried more lines of cruelty free products, but they're progressing. So, overall, I'm thrilled that there's a location so close to home now and it's not another CVS or Walgreen's. If you're in the area, check it out!

Some poor man was picking up chicken/fries for 11 people but no one called him to say no fries-he was left in a lurch. Someone needs to train employees-even the mgr. was no help-he also needs help. Think I'll pass on the deli runs from Madison to Perry for now.

The store is actually not too busy once you're inside. Staff here is absolutely friendly! I do think that the store is very dimly lit for some reason compared to other fresh thyme Market stores. The dining area is also very small as well as the organization inside too. Stafford is actually very friendly and accommodating.
