They do have an amazing new men's personal care department with full lines of products such as Creamo, Every Man Jack, etc. that I'm excited for my husband to see. The woman's clothing department looked like a herd of angry cattle stampeded through the aisles. Every other department was clean and maintained for the most part, which made it stick out like a sore loser. And they only had one actual check out open with an actual person helping customers. I ended up having to use the self check out. There's a live screen monitoring your every move, it's literally right in your face. Not a fan of that. Makes you feel like you're a criminal or something. I purchased a big floppy hat, so I asked the attendant to please fetch me a pair of scissors so I could wear it out of the store and also to wear it as I finished checking out. Before you know it, they'll have finger print or retinol scanners to check out with. Big Brother is watching! I think I'll stick to ordering online.

They feel that their commercial needs outweigh the needs of our patients' timely replies. I have had a relationship with them for sixteen years. Many have been dropped and are obliterated. Doesn't anyone check these things? They've been out of the two that I want, forever. There are SO many empty spaces on most of the shelves, and from what I can see, stock has not been replenished in a LONG time. If you really need something, go to a different Ulta. This one will probably not have it.
