This store is a gem in Madison! They have it all. An extensive wine selection. A great beer selection. A nice variety of cigars and lower proof liquors. And all the tobacco and vape supplies you can ever need. The employee who waited on my hubby and I was very nice and knowledgeable. I'm not sure why this place has previous negative reviews. Then again, they were from about 5 years ago, so they obviously have improved. Definitely check this store out! read more

Awful customer service. Every time you go in there, the ladies act like it's a huge imposition to walk five feet to grab what you want. One time I called up to ask if they had anymore flavored juul pods and she let out a huge sigh and said "I don't get paid enough for this shit" before begrudgingly listing off what they had left. They always have at most one person in there, so I'm sorry you had to get off your chair to do your job. read more

If you're thinking of shopping here, BEWARE! Use cash ONLY, or-better yet-go to a store that DOESN'T steal your credit card info! I hadn't been to this store in a couple of months when I got a call from my bank's fraud alert department. Someone at Wine & Tobacco World tried to use my card info to buy about $120 worth of whatever. I had been at work all day AND I had my card with me, so the bank stopped the transaction and they're sending me a new card. I have to admit, they were smart-they waited a while and kept the amount low enough that (most) banks probably wouldn't have caught it. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! read more

They've got electronic cigarettes!! Signs everywhere showing their great products. While much better than a standard convenience store please take caution while shopping there. Let's break it down: 1) Liquid: They are in testers which you can try. Most of it comes from California so it will be safe to use and much better than Chinese liquids. 2) Hardware: From the basic cig-alikes to higher end mods they carry it all. The high end models are name brand. HOWEVER, they sell a Protank 2 that is counterfeit. While it may work the correct coils will not fit. As for the other high end items I did not have a chance to verify. 3) Customer Service: Employee could care less. I understand that it's mainly a tobacco store but still attempt to try. As I was leaving I told her about the Protank to which she made some snide comment to "prove it." I've been using ecigs for 4 years and work full-time in the industry. Overall a terrible experience. While their liquid is much better than standard please be careful when buying. Yes. a Protank 2 for $10 is quite a deal. Check online and it's quite TOO nice. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. These two idiot women who are always there always make me feel like my checks are fake. Just because the check said "Woodstock Restaurants " doesn't mean it wasn't from my sub shop in mentor. That's the name of the franchise through the bank we use. The phone number and address to the company was on the check. Yet she couldn't Google Woodstock restaurants hmmmm I wonder why. Maybe because that's not the name of the shop. and two why would I bother pulling one over on them for a measly 93 dollars. I'd make it for way more money than that. They made me feel like a criminal in front of people in there. Listen ladies. I make 6 figures a year. Live in a condo on Staten island. I work at my buddies sub shop when they need help when I am in town visiting. 93 dollars is pocket change for me. I will never refer people to you're shitty little tobacco shop. And two. Your snoop dog g pens are 15 dollars over priced the guy on geneva sells them for 30. Way more reasonable and more selection.
