Her demeanor over the phone came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, which was disappointing, especially as someone calling for the first time regarding sensitive health concerns. As patients, we often reach out during vulnerable moments, and first impressions matter. After waiting for one more day, I called cvs pharmacy, cvs told me that they never received any prescription for me. Also the same day I saw the doctor, the front desk told me that they requested ultrasound results from ER I went based on my request. After one week when I called back to check if they received the results. They told me that they'll check and call me back soon. Nobody called back. I called again the second day. The girl said another woman requested the results and need to wait for her to get the answers. These people really prevent the patients to go to see the doctor even doctor is good.
