However, I did want to share my experience as a new patient when calling the office. The automated system indicated that new patients were being accepted, which was encouraging. Unfortunately, my interaction with the staff member (Genevieve) did not reflect the same welcoming tone. Her demeanor over the phone came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, which was disappointing, especially as someone calling for the first time regarding sensitive health concerns. As patients, we often reach out during vulnerable moments, and first impressions matter. I want to be clear that this review is not a reflection of Dr. Romero, as I have not yet had my visit and am hopeful for a positive experience. I simply believe that front desk interactions set the tone for patient care, and this is an area that could benefit from improvement. I am still looking forward to my appointment and appreciate the opportunity to share this feedback.

I'm still so disappointed in them as women physicians who literally dismiss and don't listen to other women. I'm so glad I left this practice.

In this climate of high gas prices it is abusive to have customer come out and waste gas. The office is easy to find, close to the hospital, and is in very clean condition. The waiting room has plenty of seating and toys for kids. The wait has always been reasonable for us. She is the only doctor at the practice, which means that we see her every time we have an appointment, which is great. The other staff (nurses, techs) know their stuff, and have become recognizable to us, which means the same people stay working there a while. It is easy to talk to Dr Mansuria. She is personable and friendly. She is very open to our questions, and always asks us if we have questions or concerns. We've been very happy working with her and would recommend her.
