Held up my phone with the order # on it and it told us which bin had our order and it popped open. Nice woman behind a small counter window helped us very nicely as we were a bit confused about how to do the pickup. This little "lobby" is tiny - maybe room for 8 people total? Not sure how it would be during a busy time, but it's a quick and easy process. Overall, highly recommended! We will be back, if nothing else than for the sesame balls and some meatballs!
