This man, knows what he is doing. He knew exactly how to sharpen my shears the right way and how to sharpen my clipper blades. There's a few things that I personally do to check to see if my stuff was sharpened right and he passed my test. I was looking for a place where to sharpen my paper cutter and I found this family business. Unfortunately, Manny explained he no longer has the special tools to sharpen the blade for the paper cutter, but he was very kind to adjust the blade (that was new) and he also gave me tips on how to better use the cutter. I read their good reviews and felt my tools would be in good hands, so about a month ago I decided to get my hair tools serviced by Manny's Sharpening. They are truly professional! They were able to detect a previous service done on one of my thinning shears incorrectly and it made a lot of sense because even that one thinning shear felt like it lost its sharpness very very quickly. I could tell the difference between their service and the previous place I went to. My clippers were also previously sharpened at this other place and on my first client that I used it on (0 fade) it scratched his skin whereas with Manny's Sharpening I've had nothing but a super good experience.
