Marco did such a great job with my dog. He was very friendly, patient, and handled my dog with a lot of care. You can tell he really knows what he's doing and genuinely cares about the dogs he works with. This was my first time using a mobile pet groomer, and I couldn't be happier! Marco arrived right on time and was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. I was a little nervous trying a new groomer, but he was wonderful with both Ghosty and Spiderman (marvel fans) . I'm so grateful a dear friend introduced us to Manny! He takes such great care of our baby! We would not go anywhere else. I cannot recommend him enough. My doggie always goes in looking all scruffy and comes out looking glamorous. Manny knows how to make her look her best always. Very disappointed today. I made an appointment with manny two weeks ago to come groom my dog. 20 min after he was supposed to be at my house, I text him to find out if he was coming. He then told me he had an unexpected visitor come over and wanted to reschedule. This could've been handled so differently, I should not have been the one to reach out after missing our appointment, I should've been contacted the moment he knew he wasn't coming and I would've understood. Very inconsiderate of my time and the fact that I could've taken my dog elsewhere much sooner but decided to wait for manny. Who just blew me off. Thumbs down. read more

Manny's is an excellent groomer! He loves animals, he's capable of dealing with the most difficult of dog temperaments, he's wonderful to deal with (SO friendly) and he is always reliable. His experience with animals definitely shows in how he interacts with them and their owners. I have a Samoyed and their coats can be tricky, other groomers have let us down terribly, but Manny ALWAYS does an amazing job with her and has earned my loyalty. We used to drive across town to him before he became mobile because he did such a great job. We are so lucky that he has gone mobile now cause I won't trust my girl to anyone else. Manny has been the only person to ever groom my little Sarah. I let her get furry in the winter and get her clipped in the summer months. Little touches that made the pricey de-shedding and grooming fees worth it ($125 for a grooming of large dog, 85lbs). On his last visit on Friday, my dog came home panting and not wagging his tail. I just thought he missed me, but it felt out of place, more like a "hyperventilation" type panting. I didn't think anything of it until the next day, as I was petting him, I felt bloody scabs across his head. Till today I find more that's hidden in his long fur. I'm super sad because Andy's has done a great job with his de-shedding, and I know it's no easy task with his fur. But, he is the mildest-mannered service animal for kids with autism. He doesn't bite or bark or squirm, so to have big gashes like this on multiple parts of his skin after a grooming is a red flag. I won't be sending him to Andy's anymore. Very sad about it, but this isn't how you treat a dog or long-time customer. You disclose the cuts and address how to help treat them.

I cannot recommend this groomer enough! I brought in my two large dogs--a Cane Corso and an older Pit Bull--and they were both treated with incredible care and patience. My female Cane Corso is very jumpy and can be nervous during grooming appointments, but the staff took their time with her and made her feel comfortable enough to complete her full grooming, including her nails and ears. His gentle approach made all the difference. My Pit Bull is older, short-tempered, and very selective about the people he trusts, so I was a little worried going in. I was beyond happy to hear that he did amazing during his visit. The best part was seeing how happy and excited he was when I picked him up. That alone spoke volumes about how well he was treated. Finding someone you can trust with your pets is priceless, and I am so grateful to have found such a caring and compassionate groomer. Honestly, i'm a very reluctant person when it comes to my 3 babies (Frenchies) and I never have had the time to try someone new. Unfortunately, this time the experience was extremely disappointing. I first messaged Carlos on July 15th and received no response. I then called on Friday, July 17 to follow up, and initially got no answer. When I called on his cell phone again, Carlos answered and said he was driving and would call me back in 30 minutes. He never did. I called again later that evening, and instead of apologizing for not following up, the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. We eventually scheduled an appointment for July 21 between 5:00 and 5:30 PM. Carlos never showed up and never called to let me know there was an issue. I tried calling multiple times around 7:30 PM and received no response. At that point, I had no choice but to look for another groomer through Yelp. Ironically, Yelp also sent my inquiry to other providers and this same groomer responded first. Given that he had already failed to show up for our confirmed appointment and had ignored multiple calls, I told him I was no longer interested in his services. I understand that things can occasionally happen, but failing to communicate, not returning calls and completely missing a scheduled appointment without any notice is unacceptable - especially from a service that has already increased its prices multiple times. I had continued using Bark Barber largely because my dogs were familiar with the groomer, but reliability and communication are just as important as the grooming itself. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will be taking my dogs elsewhere. I have attached all the images of the call logs and messages with him as evidence.
