5 Stars - A groomer that treats your pet like family…read more From my first phone call, Taylor was warm and patient -- she walked me through pricing clearly and made me feel completely at ease bringing in my newly adopted rescue. Bea's previous owners left her on the streets with a rough, uneven shave job. When I brought her in, Taylor and Gary treated her with so much gentleness and care that I felt totally comfortable leaving her with them. When I picked her up, Bea looked so much better -- and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed, not stressed. Taylor even sat on the floor with us afterward, giving me tips and offering Bea treats while we chatted. You can tell Taylor and Gary aren't just running a business -- they genuinely love animals. After 10+ years in retail, I know great customer service when I see it, and this is some of the best I've experienced. Prices are fair too, which matters a lot right now. If you want a groomer who will truly care for your pup, go here. Bea and I will be back!

Thank you, Anna, Rosa, and Simon! You guys made our last-minute July 4th week trip to Maui possible…read moreand completely stress-free. We had never needed to board our Morkie before, so when our trip came together at the last minute, we had to find a place we could trust. We found them on Yelp and, based on the great reviews and ratings, decided to give them a try. We're so glad we did! The entire process was super easy, even though we handled everything over the phone. I mostly communicated with Anna, and she was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We also paid for our four-night boarding stay through Simon's Zelle account, which made everything very convenient. The grooming was also top-notch! Our Morkie came back looking great, and it was clear that they took good care of her while we were away. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again the next time we need boarding or grooming. Thank you again, Anna, Rosa, and Simon, for taking such good care of Bailey and giving us peace of mind while we were enjoying our vacation.
