This place is fantastic! Their pizza comes fast. Order directly from their website. We love their buffalo chicken pizza, philly cheesesteak pizza, and i like their sausage and pineapple. If you order through their website its cheaper, they have deals and it comes fast. We had an issue with their pizza yesterday and they quickly corrected it and had the driver fix the issue. We really appreciate that type of service and willingness to work with us. DoorDash delivery after midnight. I order delivery pizza frequently from Katsouprini's virtual brand for Manny & Olga's. Last night, I ordered from M&O's cheese breadsticks & a slice of chocolate cake. Box of breadsticks had sealing tape on it, but the plastic grocery store type bag with the cake container inside was unsealed with the bag's handles tied. I like the pizza from here & M&O's cheese breadsticks were good too. But imagine my surprise to open the cake container & find a fork inside that had been used to eat half the cake!?! Never before. I called M&O's right away & lady picked up & shouted "CLOSED" & hung up the phone. I called today & informed them & the lady said I could get a refund through DoorDash, which I did. I thought they'd like to know about it, however, just in case an employee is messing with customer's food. But maybe the Dasher did it. First thing my friends asked was did you tip? DoorDash tip was $5.00 but had a double dash nearby with additional $2.50 tip. Dasher delivered M&O's order then went to get 2nd order & delivered it. Then I added $5.00 tip after delivery. So, $12.50 tip for $30 food total. Anyway, I suspect it was the dasher but really, sabotage people's food even when tipped? Weird experience. read more

Literally every part of our order was terrible. The wings were drastically undercooked, with nearly raw skin and gobs of cold fat. I threw them in the oven set to broil and it took 10 minutes each side to get the skin even slightly crispy. They forgot all of our dips, including the tzaziki sauce that was a big part of our Greek fries (which were completely cold). Even the garlic bread was bad. Loved the eggplant parm sandwich. Ordered with extra cheese and definitely felt they added an adequate amount. Did not feel overly greasy and was still filling. Bought the half size. I got home to eat my sandwich and was dumbfounded as to how badly BUILT this Philly cheesesteak was. Ordered from here a couple of days ago. Worst chicken souvlakia platter I've ever tasted. The chicken was tasteless it was like someone boiled a Chicken sliced, then tossed in a pita with with very little seasoning if any. The Tzatziki was basically sour cream with what we'll call imaginative flavor. The bread was normal pita, pretty hard to screw that up. Also the side salad was mostly lettuce, the olives and peppers were almost flavorless and dry. The dressing too like some sucked the flavor out of it. The tomatoes unripe. They hand me a pile of what resembled burnt butt holes pouring grease and oil like the Exxon Valdez. Recycled onion rings....SERIOUSLY. Next to the $8.00 "turkey sub". So...this is indescribable. Imagine sliced room temperature rubber cheese substitute laid across lukewarm foam "meat" slices that are slick with fridge rot and shimmering with a rainbow of bacteria. Under that? hot soggy tomato sliced covered in a tepid yellow substance (maybe mayo???). I was horrified. HORRIFIED AND FURIOUS THAT I WASTED MONEY IN THIS CRAP HOLE. Want to know the best part? Out of curiosity I tried to pull the "sub" in half and it stretched out like string cheese. The whole thing was like hot rubber. Did I eat it? OF COURSE NOT. I'm in this area a handful of times each year for work. As others have stated, there is nothing life-changing about this joint; however, it's been my (limited) experience that they get my order correct down to the smallest detail such as a well-done pizza and an extra side of blue cheese. When I'm back later this year I can only assume I will order pizza again. As such, I'll definitely consider Manny & Olga's. That said, a note to the owners.... please add some vegetarian "meat" options. There are so, so many available these days that it seems odd to not offer them. You can even charge a premium for them and possibly consider them an extra revenue stream. I don't know. Grabbed a quick slice of pizza on the go when I was in DC the other day and I loved it. Reminiscent of NYC pizza, Manny and Olga's pizzas are absolutely enormous and loaded with all the toppings. They have a bunch of creative specialty pizzas with topping combos you wouldn't really think to creat yourself! Did take a while for my pizza though, and the slice was like $6 which is okay, but definitely not on par w authentic NYC style street pizza. read more

Silver Spring has never really been a good pizza town. Manny and Olgas is definitely a cut above Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Jerry's and the other big bland chains. I've finally had a belly full of their horrible customer service! I have been ordering from this particular Manny and Olgas for the last 20 years. I'm fed up beyond fed up. 1/2 the time when you order for delivery, the order is wrong or no longer hot. The other half the time the food is actually decent when prepared properly (for that to happen a certain male manager has to be there). They do tend to rush their customers when taking orders. Tonight I started trying to call them from 3 different phone numbers simultaneously at 10:45pm.... They don't close till 11pm. I have had this happen several times before. I have worked in the restaurant industry darn near my whole life (literally). ***Note to the owner(s)... if you are going to run a restaurant, you need to love and live your restaurant. Successful restaurants take orders up until the close of business and sometimes even longer depending on situations. If you say your hours are from xx time to xx time. Then make those your hours. You also need to give your customers the benefit of the doubt, not everyone is out to get something free! And those who are, that just happens to be part of the business. If you don't like the business or your customers, then sell it or just close the doors for good! If you love your business, then fix it! Get managers and employees who love their job and your business just as much as you do! I'll be ordering from Pizza Bolis for awhile. I have been ordering delivery for last 10 years. The gyros, wraps and pizzas are favorites. Particularly the Grandma White Pizza, have liked their spinach calzone as well. Never had a problem with long delivery time or food being cold, but we do live close to them (less .25 mile). Ordered a couple times here and online but just find it easier to call in. Food and ingredients are always good, problem is with the drivers. Every time I order I put the special instructions to "call when arrive". I have an elderly and sick individual living with me, so when I order at night I don't want the door knocked on or the bell rang. Yet every time the driver NEVER calls when they get here, and bang on my door. When I asked why they never check the special instructions, he said "We get so busy sometimes, that WE HAVE BEEN CONDITIONED TO NOT PAY ATTENTION". The worst possible delivery I ever received from Grubhub. When the window of time passed for my delivery (1hr after I placed the order) I called the restaurant and no one answered! I let the phone ring continuously and nothing leaving me to wonder if I would ever get my food. I contacted Grubhub who did some digging and offered to issue me a refund. 15mins later I get a call that my food was downstairs. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak, fries and teriyaki wings. The fries were fine but the sandwich was the worst. The chicken was dry and not grilled at all it looked more like shredded turkey to me. Just moved to Maryland, and have been looking for a local pizza place. Silly me for not consulting yelp before using a coupon they slipped under my apartment door. Pizza was delivered cold, felt like cardboard, and taste like cardboard. The breadsticks are more like a stick of bread. Hard and flavorless. Literally a hard block of bread. It had tomatos, bell peppers and no banana peppers. I called to talk to the manager, I was told that they don't have banana peppers but it was an option online. So they sent me out another one.
