I would reefer her to everyone I know. My husband and I had the best experience working with her. She is extremely patient and kind, but mostly so professional. She is on point, and is on top of her game. She knows all the latest tour and excursions and lead us on the right path with ease. She kept us within our budget, which was great. We chose to go to Europe, and Linda made us feel so relaxed and comfortable every step of the way. We planned a trip for 3 days in London, 4 days in Paris, and then a 7 day Mediterranean cruise. Her professionalism and love for her job really helped shape our trip. We truly appreciated that she took the time to keep us updated on everything, she even printed out all our itineraries and even color-coded them for every day of our trip. Now thats customer service!!! Linda Friedman is the true definition of what a travel agent should be. I will totally go back and work with her again!! Every signal contact, transfer, and tour she recommend for us was absolutely amazing! We never had a problem with anything on our honeymoon. My husband and I had a dream of what we wanted our honeymoon to be and Linda made our dreams come true! Again, we had the best experience working with her and I know she would love and be more than happy to work with anyone in there travels!!! We are very grateful for her services. Linda is the best!
