They are so easy to work with, I just tell them what we want (etc. where we want to go, the dates, overall accommodations). They will give us a time the quotes will be ready, and they are true to their word (which is very important to me) because they touch base when they say they will. I'm not just writing this to brag on them (WELL YES I AM), but this is my honest review. The Mann's even travel with us from time to time. The bottom line is that they take care of their clients very well. We are a family, at least that's what I would like to think because we are treated so well. Thank you, Mann's Platinum Travel Agency. Keep up the good work. I have attached a few photos of different trips we booked through this agency.

When I booked a flight with them to Amman this time I was told I would have 2 checked bags per person, come two days before the flight and I get a call from Jett travel telling me that I actually only have 1 checked bag per person, when I asked why this was I was told that it was to "help save me money". Why is it any of your concern to save me money? I ended up having to take an extra bag just so I could fit what I had with me, a bag that cost me $350 extra. So much for "saving me money". Very shitty business. AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS

Flying to Szezcin with a layover in Warsaw was 50 bucks cheaper for the same flight when compared to LOT's website, and 200 bucks cheaper when comparing it to another agency. Agnes helped me out so much. She wasn't surprised when I booked up for a flight leaving tomorrow for a very sudden (and unpleasant) trip that I have to make. She understood and tried to help me out as much as possible and giving me the best price, she did. Customer service, yep, top notch here. I may not be a repeat customer, but I will recommend her to anyone who needs an agent.

My driver was friendly, on time and arrived with a clean car. My only con would be the lack of refreshments. I am not sure if this is guaranteed within their service but the last few times I booked the driver had bottle waters available. I just expected this amenity to be consistent considering gratuity is included within the pricing. Overall the service was great but I believe this company may outsource their drivers so I may use another company that has a standard when it comes to vehicle model etc.
