This service on the other hand is for people that aspire for an even stronger type of laziness, the type of people that are lazy and have disposable income that they are unable to invest or spend properly. The long story short is this business will plan a Disney vacation for you, exactly like the name implies. The short version is that you can too achieve this same level of planning using the free Disney app on the mobile device of your choice. It would give you something to do while you fly down to Disney or wait in the airport (as long as you have internet). You also probably know your preferred plans better than the vacation consultants do, so you probably can pick your choices a little bit better. Now, I realize that many travel agencies are that way, you pay to avoid the hassle of having to figure things out on your own, but this service isn't a hassle to do solo. You load an application, click some buttons and then are done. On using this service the agent asked for the username and password for our Disney accounts so that she could login and setup events for us. That should have been the first clue that we could spend a little bit of time and do it on our own. But since other family members were using this service we went along for the ride. It's not worth it. Save your time and do it on your own. You get no special perks, no special events, the service has no special relationship with Disney that saves you money, you only get a small amount of time back and that time you will have anyways if you're traveling to Disney for a vacation.

I find it curious that the website says "Every service we offer is completely FREE with no hidden…read morecharges" yet we were asked to pay a $100 per person "planning fee" for the bare minimum of pre-work that could have been done through the Disney park app itself.  Did not enjoy the process, did not see the benefit of using this service (but acquiesced because family members were using it and we could not be added to their plans without paying the fee), would not repeat or recommend to others.  They'll also ask you for your Disney account password, which should never be shared or disclosed from a security standpoint.   Download the Disney World app and take a little time to save yourself the $100 per person "planning fee" charged for coordinating "the Disney dining and Fastpasses" which can all be done quite easily, it turns out, from the robust app that Disney has released for park visitors. 10/10, would recommend the app to anyone.

My his son (21) was able to book a cruise for him and his girlfriend (20). Someone warned her she'd…read morebetter check if she will be allowed on board because they have a strict policy that if youre under 21 you MUST be married to the person you are traveling with or someone related over the age of 25 must travel with you. His GF called and they confirmed this and she said we'll we need to cancel and she was told they can't. The confirmation literally stated you have to be between 18-21 to book. The rep she talked said yes that is true but you can't travel without a relative over 25 and we will NOT refund your tickets. Had they not looked into this they would have been rejected at boarding. I Hope to get people to stop using Carnival until they make their policies more reasonable, My son should have been warned of this at booking. Very ANGRY

The Resort had a "Travel Club" and they were relentless about getting us to join. Inviting us to go to a meeting, we had limited time and this was very annoying. I suppose this is not the travel agency's fault. The past few years we have tried to book something with OK travel but they take really long to get back to us. We end up looking on Expedia finding great packages and booking it ourselves. We get an email from OK Travel sometimes a week after we call and by then we found something else that's better than what they were offering.
