When I called to make reservations, I should have received an electronic invoice the following day. I did not receive it until a month later, only because the bride and groom did numerous follow ups -(the company has messed up numerous guests travel arrangements so the bride and groom got involved to help everyone). When I finally received the electronic invoice, it was for the wrong location, not Cancun but Punta Cana Dominican Republic. When I received the paper itinerary a few weeks after that, the dates and names were incorrect. I also noticed that we were placed in the family section of the hotel, even though I made specially clear during booking that we wanted to be in the adult section. I followed up with the travel agency to get this corrected. I had to follow Up about 5-6 times to get any sort of real response - I received excuses like they had been out of town since the last time I emailed them, or just no response at all. Then when I finally received a response of some actual content, I was told that since I booked in January when in fact I booked in early December, and can prove that with our credit card statement. Never during booking was I told that the hotel was sold out. I don't believe it was because we could book the adult section if we did it through a public search engine, i.e. Expedia. In hind sight I wish we had just booked on our own so that we wouldn't have had to deal with all this. This company is extremely unorganized and I would never use them again for travel purposes. Not only are they disorganized, they are rather snarky in responses which is not how you treat your customers. What is more concerning is that travel arrangements could easily get screwed up by them because of how unorganized they are.

The tours that were set up were done by very knowledgeable people who knew everything about the area that we were taken to. The wine tastings were above and beyond along with great views and food. We had a couple of days to ourselves which we relished swimming in the Mediterranean Sea and our hotel pool. I find it curious that the website says "Every service we offer is completely FREE with no hidden…read morecharges" yet we were asked to pay a $100 per person "planning fee" for the bare minimum of pre-work that could have been done through the Disney park app itself.  Did not enjoy the process, did not see the benefit of using this service (but acquiesced because family members were using it and we could not be added to their plans without paying the fee), would not repeat or recommend to others.  They'll also ask you for your Disney account password, which should never be shared or disclosed from a security standpoint.   Download the Disney World app and take a little time to save yourself the $100 per person "planning fee" charged for coordinating "the Disney dining and Fastpasses" which can all be done quite easily, it turns out, from the robust app that Disney has released for park visitors. 10/10, would recommend the app to anyone.

My his son (21) was able to book a cruise for him and his girlfriend (20). Someone warned her she'd…read morebetter check if she will be allowed on board because they have a strict policy that if youre under 21 you MUST be married to the person you are traveling with or someone related over the age of 25 must travel with you. His GF called and they confirmed this and she said we'll we need to cancel and she was told they can't. The confirmation literally stated you have to be between 18-21 to book. The rep she talked said yes that is true but you can't travel without a relative over 25 and we will NOT refund your tickets. Had they not looked into this they would have been rejected at boarding. I Hope to get people to stop using Carnival until they make their policies more reasonable, My son should have been warned of this at booking. Very ANGRY

Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the different spots that were best for us in December/January. We had some ideas and discussed them with Karen. She was honest and up front about peak seasons for certain locations that were out of our budget and suggested other places. She never pushed one location or one resort on us and gave us plenty of options. We chose the Valentin Imperial Maya in Riviera Maya. It is an all-inclusive resort, adults only that we absolutely loved. Huge pool with multiple swim up bars. The beach was right there as well. Great on-site restaurants. The BEST customer service from all the staff from the maid service, to the wait staff and bartenders to the concierge. The weather was perfect as Karen promised. She provided transportation from the airport to the resort and back and assigned us a rep to book all of our excursions which went seamlessly. My mom has been using OK Travel and working with Karen for 20+ years so I knew I was in good hands having her help with my honeymoon. When trying to research everything on my own it got crazy right away and I just didn't want to deal with it. Glad we chose OK Travel and Karen to help set up our dream honeymoon. The Resort had a "Travel Club" and they were relentless about getting us to join. Inviting us to go to a meeting, we had limited time and this was very annoying. I suppose this is not the travel agency's fault. The past few years we have tried to book something with OK travel but they take really long to get back to us. We end up looking on Expedia finding great packages and booking it ourselves. We get an email from OK Travel sometimes a week after we call and by then we found something else that's better than what they were offering.
