I inquired about several different dates & when it was all said & done I paid for what I thought was the date I could fly. I was totally wrong. When I called them to ask for a date modification thy said that since I didn't check my itinerary it was my fault & they would do nothing to fix their error! First of all I didn't receive an itinerary email from them. They email a link to some website where I needed to create an account to check my itinerary. They should have just sent a confirmation code but I never received one. Please do not use them as they are completely and utterly lacking in customer service. Not to mention I called them airline directly & there is nothing Aeromexico can do with third party flight reservations. Please proceed with caution. No usen esta agencia de viajes!! My mother did not hang up the call right away and heard Norma said " Estupida" in spanish ( Stupid). Then hung up. The owner of this agency should send his employees to a customer service seminar because this is unacceptable. After years of purchasing flights from this agency. My family and I will no longer continue business with this agency. It is of the most disrespect the behavior of this employee. No one should be treated this way. I began to ask questions about the package we were getting - breakout of airfare, hotel, etc and it seemed the more details I wanted the more things started to go south. Lydia was very confrontational after providing her with feedback. So I reached out to the funjet to provide them feedback on my experience and that just made matters worse with Lydia. We literally considered walking away from the entire trip because of such a horrible experience. Needless to say when the trip did occur we had issues with our reservation. I spoke to another couple on the trip and they too expressed dissatisfaction with her service. By far the worst experience I ever had with any travel agent.
