She rebooked our return flight which had to be delayed until mom was better. What was a language barrier for me (as I only speak English) was no problem for Vicky who is multi-lingual. My first reason for choosing them was their affordable fare. I arranged for them to pick me up at exactly ten o'clock, and they were there at exactly ten o'clock. They called me about a half hour before they arrived to tell me they were on their way. They arrived in a discreet car, a Cadillac to be exact. Our driver, Kim, was very polite, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again if I need a ride.

Within seconds you will see all warnings to not visit Costa Rica in October because it will torrential downpour DAILY. We were so confused as to why our travel agent wouldn't tell us "hey, its probably going to rain every single day on your romantic trip" so we decided to cancel. We bought insurance so we assumed it would be no issue. Before we even had the chance to call and cancel we received an email form Pat saying OUR RESROT WAS CLOSING DOWN. So she told us she moved us to another hotel (that we couldn't even approve). When we called to simply cancel our trip (again-INSURACE), we were told we would not get our money back (the downpayment for the trip). We were told the ONLY way to get our money back is if we rebook with her company. Right. Because we are going to rebook our honeymoon with a company that was going to send to a romanic week of drowning in Costa Rica.
