I came here with the mission of getting aji amarillo; unfortunately, the veggie staff member I asked thought I literally meant yellow peppers so he pointed me towards some fresh yellow peppers; I ended up finding aji amarillo in the frozen section. There is this incredible aisle of Peruvian goods in the Latin section, and I found dried purple corn (for making chicha morada), a bottle of chicha morada that my Peruvian friend said was authentic, huacatay paste, and aji amarillo paste. There were more Mexican peppers than I've ever seen in my life and I found unmarked oregano in a package for $2.49. I'm excited to come back for my Latin shopping.

Their produce section is amazing. It's the world wide selection of fresh produce, herbs, and vegetables that is truly amazing. Keep your Translator app open. Many of the cans & bottles are in the native language from the country where they are produced. The experience is akin to being in a market in another country. The staff somehow keeps the shelves and bins filled, actually know what they are handling, and they can answer a question. There's a navigator that keeps the check-out line moving. The prices on most items are very inexpensive, almost from 20 years ago and the quality is comparable to one of those upscale supermarkets.

I eventually went to the store late one night to speak with him in person. After arguing for about 20 minutes, he only paid me half of what he owed me. During my time there, I also witnessed serious food safety issues. The store was selling expired products -- including pantry items and drinks -- and instead of discarding them, employees were instructed to erase expiration dates using rubbing alcohol. Several customers even complained about expired items while I was there. Please be aware of these practices before supporting this business.
