Nathalie called that afternoon to say Erik would be right over, and he was! He explained what was needed and gave me a quote. And he came back early the next day, telling me I had to have heat ad hot water. They did the work thoroughly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. And when my AC quit, again, Erik was there the same day. He showed me the material commonly used, which has major issues. He made a temporary fix, as the next day was to be hot, then came back to make a permanent repair. Nathalie runs the office and works with Erik when a job needs two people. They had a person call out sick on the day of our install, so they were in communication with us that they would be running behind. They performed the job quickly and even had special tools needed for the type of range we bought. They were professional and checked for any leaks before they left. I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they charged for travel from their last job which they did not mention in their quote.

whatever price they charge is not worth the way you will be treated…read more 1) he came an hour late and the first thing he said is not sorry, but that my stairs needed to be shoveled. 2) i'm a renter but i overheard this man screaming at my landlord about his opinions on the vanity setup and claiming that there is a plumber shortage, and you simply won't get a better price (im saying this far nicer than he did). 3) then this man forgot his hat and in an effort to be nice i ran out to give it to him only to have his wife berate me putting her finger in my face over my driveway not being plowed and that i could get sued, when 1) my snow boots were left at work 2) the street parking is free and very accessible 3) this is my upstairs neighbors responsibility as well but they never care to do it despite utilizing that space more than me. Terrible policy on billing the customer for time plumber takes running back and forth for parts. A…read moreplumber came and looked at the leaks and said he would run and get the parts. I asked if he had any sharkbites or pex on the truck and he said "no". I asked if I would be billed for the time it took him to run and get basic parts and he said "yes". I said, "look, I am already paying you $150 for the service call and $20 for travel to come to look at job. Now you are going to bill me for an hour to go get the parts? He said, "yes". So I rescheduled to another day so I didn't get billed for him to run and get parts. He came back 4 days later with the few parts he thought he needed, replaced the parts and discovered a leak in a different place. He then said he had to run and get a few more fittings. He left the first time to get the parts and came back. I had to go to work at this point. He ended up taking a second trip (which I didn't know about) for $10 in parts at $130 an hour. I called in the afternoon and the person I had there staying with the plumber told me the plumber was about to run out again, a 3rd time, and get 2 shark bites connectors and 1 shark bite T. I got the plumber on the phone and said, "Am I getting charged for 3 trips to get basic plumbing supplies?" He said yes because the owner doesn't allow him to keep any parts on the truck because they are too expensive." At this point, I said, "Take your lunch break and i will go get parts". I took off from work and delivered the parts back to my home so I didn't get charged a 3rd $130 fee for the plumber to go get the parts. I can not believe that this business can't even stock their vehicles with basic supplies and charges the customer the labor hours for the plumber to go get the supplies. Ultimately the job wasn't completed and I paid $1,189 (Plus the $189 Service Call) dollars for $100 in parts 4 hours work and 2 hours of plumber going back and forth to hardware store to get basic plumbing supplies. I called and asked for a refund of transportation charges and my request was denied.
