I reached out by mail giving them the opportunity to make this right but they chose to ignore that as well. Beware of this company, they take your money for work they don't do and they don't respond when you have an issue.

There has been nothing but problems and a complete lack of follow-through, honesty, integrity and transparency from Andrew himself. I have had two leaks and no heat 3 times in the last month and have been charged for a different issue each and every time and also treated extremely rudely by Andrew the company owner. I was transparent from the beginning and treated like garbage regarding payment and told to essentially freeze with no heat with two young children even though this company had made a payment agreement and never followed through regarding communication i was waiting on.
