He quickly diagnosed the situation and as there was a way to use water without a further leak, he picked up the replacement part Monday and came right over to fix it. He's friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. In addition to plumbing emergencies, he does boiler replacements, emergency services, installs everything from old-school boilers to the latest heat pumps, from radiant flooring to steam radiators. Nathalie called that afternoon to say Erik would be right over, and he was! He explained what was needed and gave me a quote. And he came back early the next day, telling me I had to have heat ad hot water. They did the work thoroughly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. And when my AC quit, again, Erik was there the same day. He showed me the material commonly used, which has major issues. He made a temporary fix, as the next day was to be hot, then came back to make a permanent repair. Nathalie runs the office and works with Erik when a job needs two people. Tim came out to assess the home and make a recommendation on the best heating system for our place. A couple weeks later the crew came out and did the install. There were 5-6 techs here for a few full days. These guys were very professional and very good at what they do. I can't thank the management and crew at Rene's Repair enough, final product works great, looks great, and has dramatically lowered my electric bills. Every step of the way there was someone available to take my calls and respond to questions over the phone or in person. I don't know about some of these other reviews from a few years ago but these guys are a well oiled machine today, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of repairs or system upgrades from a leaky sink to HVAC to Electrical!
