I was home for the entirety of the time slot we had scheduled. I also have a Ring camera and doorbell that show you were never at my home. What a lack of professionalism. read more

He never showed up. Our son was dying of cancer and needed the bathroom downstairs to work so he didn't have to go up and down the stairs. It took all his strength to get upstairs. He ended up in hospice to make it easier for him. The plumber said he'd be here at two, then we got a message it would be between 3:30 and 4:30. At 5:15 he still wasn't here. My husband called his number and got no answer so he told him to cancel. When I contacted the plumber the next day he said they were 5 minutes away when he was told to cancel. Yet he didn't call to say he was almost here. No, I don't recommend him and I'm sure he could care less. read more

I live in Burlington and had a leak under the house a sewer pipe leak. I called around for a plumber however everyone was five weeks out and very expensive just to come look. I called Chris he was available to come over and within the hour the job was done just in time to close up the space under the house for the winter plus the pice was right. We had 6 separate appointments (four of which they were late stating emergent calls and two no-shows). On Saturday 6/27/2020, I was told I was a priority 1, since my old on demand system croaked, but he didn't show up until 4pm (texting me at 12:47pm stating he had an emergency call even though I was priority). They installed our on demand hot water system and I paid in full on 6/28/2020 thinking they were done, but they still have yet to come back to finish the PVC work outside and exposed insulation (picture shown). Also, we were to have an appointment on Thursday 7/16/2020 at 9am, which he no-showed, never contacted us until the next day, but read the message at 4:40pm that Thursday (picture shown). On Monday 7/20/2020, we called asking when he was going to finish his work and give us an invoice, at first he said I was breaking up, but called back and said he would be here Tuesday 7/21/2020 at 9am, but he no-showed (both calls were recorded)... and he still hasn't responded. Lastly, they are withholding my invoice that I need from the install on 6/28/2020 that I need to submit to Vermont Gas for a rebate. They also knew at the time of install that I am looking at being furloughed in August. So, yes, I do not recommend this company. read more
