He is a poor plumber, after repairing a valve he did not check his work, - it leaked. His repair was done in a sloppy; destructive manner. Left solder splattered on the floor and outside on my landscape timbers. As a painter he earns a 'F' for completeness & sloppy, unprofessional work. He lies consistently about what he is going to do. I would not hire him to do anything. He is not trustworthy.

There has been nothing but problems and a complete lack of follow-through, honesty, integrity and transparency from Andrew himself. I have had two leaks and no heat 3 times in the last month and have been charged for a different issue each and every time and also treated extremely rudely by Andrew the company owner. I was transparent from the beginning and treated like garbage regarding payment and told to essentially freeze with no heat with two young children even though this company had made a payment agreement and never followed through regarding communication i was waiting on. Have already reached out to our property managers of our units to ensure others are fully educated prior to choosing Green Heat for further instillations on our property

Michael is an outstanding person, on top of being an almost wizard-like electrician. I called him…read moreup when my lights started flickering and he made space to get out to me ASAP. He took a look at my set-up, which included some DIY upgrades to the bathroom fan and lights. After a quick diagnosis of all-clear (with some minor adjustments) he proceeded to troubleshoot the source of the flickering lights. Heres where it gets awesome...he reached up to push on a light and I heard an electric fizzling sound from the other room. Come to find out that the wiring on a plug had partially burned away and totally degraded - crazy unsafe!! How did he know to push on the light?!? Wizardry, I tell you. Wizardry. So on top of saving my family from a potential house fire, Michael taught me about my electrical set-up, laid out some options for updating the system, and shared his thoughts on potential costs and ways to reduce those costs. All the while, he joked and had me cracking up. Not just good at his job, but funny as hell and an all-around good dude. No upsell once he got into the walls. No gouging because of my urgent need for help. No shoddy work. He even made sure to repair in a way that would be the most safe for a household with a couple of curious little kids around. Michael is the real deal. I'm excited to send him more work in the near future and can't recommend him enough.
