TOP NOTCH WORK AT A FAIR PRICE I can't say enough in praise…read moreof Erik and Nathalie. When my boiler suddenly stopped working, other contractors didn't even call back. Nathalie called that afternoon to say Erik would be right over, and he was! He explained what was needed and gave me a quote. And he came back early the next day, telling me I had to have heat ad hot water. They did the work thoroughly and efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. And when my AC quit, again, Erik was there the same day. He showed me the material commonly used, which has major issues. He made a temporary fix, as the next day was to be hot, then came back to make a permanent repair. Nathalie runs the office and works with Erik when a job needs two people. They're smart and professional but also the kind of people you'd like to hang out with. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone. P.S. I'm in St. Albans VT, not San Fran!

Not only did he take care of the problem, and then some, in a professional way, but, was also a really good young man. The job was not easy but he stayed for close to six hours and got the job done in a superlative way. I told him that he didn't need to clean up and that I would be glad to do that. He cleaned the place anyway and did a remarkable job at that. Of course, it cost a pretty penny, but from my perspective, I do not mind paying if the job is completed in a diligent manner - and this was done so.
