Quick service and typical pizza cooking time wait. Staff/Service was really the highlight Interior was a little run down. Review is for North Winchester location. They forgot our…read moreboneless wings. When we mentioned it, they were very kind and made us new wings on the house BUT, they brought the wrong wings. But again, they fixed that and brought us the correct wings. That was the first problem, I will say, the owners were extremely kind and helpful to resolve that issue. Pizza: The pizza was the worst we've had in the area, I'm not trying to be funny but Chuck E. Cheese pizza is better, and the old Slices pizza was better. The crust was very thin, the taste was just bad, the pizza was just falling apart and very floppy. It was also cut very poorly. Fries were good. Maybe it was just a bad night however we don't plan on going back to that location. As far as the looks, the place kept a lot of Slices design, not much decoration going on but the big menu was easy to read.

It was quite refreshing to have our food made the way we ordered. The wings were nothing to write home about, but they aren't bad, either. Hopefully, if you're a wing eater, you understand what I mean. The Stromboli was made with pepperoni, ham, onion, and cheese. It wouldn't have hurt it to be in the oven a few minutes more, but, it was cooked through. The onion was quite overpowering, though. I had to pick a lot out to balance the flavors. Perhaps, next time I'll see if they can half it. All in all, it was a very good experience, and definitely a place we will come back to.

Thought the atmosphere is good and enjoyed eating there because it was relatively quiet even though there was what seemed to be a regular stream of people coming in. Last time I was there they got my order wrong but when I pointed this out to the person working there they were apologetic and even offered to redo the whole order. But what I got looked so good that I ended up eating it anyway and was glad that I did. Seems to be a busy place but does not feel very busy. They let you eat your food in peace but seem to be friendly if you want to talk with anyone. I also appreciated that they let me just get water as my drink without any difficulties given that they did not have a soda choice that I wanted. Good place for getting good food at a good price without having to put up with too much hassle. That should be less surprising than it is but given what I've seen at other pizza places it actually makes this place stand out quite a lot.

Now nothing is as good as it was 30 years ago...lol...am I giving away my age? It was all right and it wasn't the restaurant's fault. It just wasn't how Uno's used to make it. The pizza wasn't as deep and the crust wasn't buttery. The edges were kinda burnt and the veggies a tad too undercooked. But better than burnt! We had an entree Caesar salad to split. It had some brown leaves but was nicely chilled and crisp. Just wish they served it tossed. Not bad if you've never had a deep dish pizza before but it wasn't like the good old days!
