Having said that, this is not the best I've had, or even the best I've had in WV, but it's a lot better than most. Likely 90%, because I've tried about 20 different spots now, so I think I have the general idea of what's good and what's not. I follow Bar Stool and his reviews and agree with the style pie he likes. This is not that. Wildly he actually reviewed it the place, unfortunately he picked the wrong size to review in my opinion - "The Jumbo". Thus his review was avarage because amongst other things "Huge" usually = floppy. Instead I highly recommend getting a couple of smalls and ask for them "Well Done". If you do I think you won't be disappointed! If I get that and review it in the general way he does I would say it's a solid 7.5. Because of this, and its proximity it's become my regular go to. RECOMMEND Note - the staff are extremely pleasant, very nice and welcoming.

My rating rationale for beer, wine, or spirits: +1 Service +1 Atmosphere/Vibe +1 Taste/Quality (Flavor, aroma, and overall quality of the beverage) +1 Presentation (Glassware, garnishes, and visual appeal of the drinks) +1 Selection/Variety (Range of beer, wine, or spirit options and uniqueness of offerings)

At 6:18pm I called to inquire where my food was - it had been almost an hour and the restaurant is less than 2 miles from my house. Stacy answered the phone and told me that they only had 2 drivers but my order was heading my way. At 6:50pm I called back because my food still hadn't arrived and I was told (again by Stacy) that because it was raining hard and they didn't want the bag to get wet that the driver was "just leaving". WHAT?!?! Yes, it had rained - hard - for about 10/15mins TOPS. Last I checked, cars still drive in the rain. You run a business that offers delivery. I would have fully understood the delay and being short staffed if my food had actually gone out the door the first time I called. I called back a third time 20 mins later. Once again, Stacy answered and used the rain as the excuse even though the rain had ended an hour before. The food finally arrived 2 hours after I placed the order. Unfortunately, I pre-paid when I placed the order to include a tip for the driver. I was never offered a refund or a discount. Here's the thing - just be honest. The food isn't cheap and it took so long to arrive that I ended up sticking it in the fridge. I didn't intend on paying that much money to have "leftovers". Lesson learned. I would NOT recommend. As someone else mentioned in their review there are plenty of pizza places in town. I would suggest any other pizza place over this one.

While our server was attentive and provided good service during the meal, the food itself was unfortunately just okay. The ambiance was good, though, thanks to the pleasant Italian background music. However, the real issue happened after we left.I discovered a duplicate charge on my credit card after my visit, and resolving it took an entire week and required far too much effort on my part. I had to contact the owner multiple times, send over proof of the double charge, and ultimately call them myself to give my card details because they didn't follow up with me. They claimed their system only showed one charge without the tip, while my statement clearly showed two full charges.Even when they finally agreed to the refund, they left off the duplicate tip, meaning I had to reach out yet again to get the full amount back. While the front-of-house service and atmosphere were fine, the management and administrative handling of financial errors need a major overhaul.

If you want a cheesesteak with no cheese on stale bread - order from here. Most disgusting pizza veggie pizza I've ever encountered. They added uncooked broccoli (an allergen in our home) to the pizza - an item not listed on the menu description. There were piles of olives all in clumps on 2 sections of the pizza, not spread around. Tomatoes? Handfuls of grape tomatoes top of pizza and so much so they made the pizza "wet" and inedible. The peppers were old and either jarred or sautéed, adding to the moisture in the pizza base and crust. The online were also in weird piles.
