Contrary to the outside appearance. This is an open business. The windows are so blacked out you can't see into the restaurant. I tugged on the door and it opened so that was my sign. Good pizza! Ledo is consistent. Really dirty mensroom. Obviously hasn't been cleaned since yesterday- this place just opened for the day roughly. It's too early for that much trash to be piled up in there. No toilet tissue. Gross. There is also two unbused tables full of dirty plates. Thinking there must be a shortfall of help here read more

Got what I get 90% of the time which is a small cheese half baked well tonight's Pizza when I got home about a quarter of the cheese that slid to one side and over The edge some and for some reason there was about six pieces of raw bacon on it that made it greasy as hell some of the cheese was actually over the crust stuck to the box I will try again but come on take a little pride in what you serve read more

Pizza was OK, extremely soggy, I may have ordered the wrong thing. The chicken wing were great. If you if I would go back there, maybe maybe not I might give it another a little disappointed with the pizza. Way too soggy. read more

It's been a while since we've been to Ledo. They've added quite a few things to their menu. Their boneless wings are still exceptionally good! The pizza is always great! They do serve bottled and draft beer, although the draft mugs are pretty small. Service was fairly slow on a Tuesday evening when the restaurant was mostly empty. This particular location is mediocre but the food is really good. read more

Ledos is the absolute best place to eat and you should absolutely cherish this pizza.

Ordered food to go and went to pick it up and was told they were out of an item I ordered and asked if I wanted it replaced but it would be longer - fine, no problem, I can wait. While waiting, I heard employees loudly discussing a "horrible smell that had to be from something that died, most likely a dead mouse," in the kitchen. That's disgusting and shouldn't be an issue in a restaurant and it also shouldn't be so boldly and loudly discussed to where people can hear. The place was completely empty and I now understand why. I threw it all away the moment I got home, out of pure disgust, and without concern for the $40 I just wasted. Used to be a spot I loved to visit when in town but I doubt I will ever set foot into this location again. read more

Went there for the first time and never again! Pizza was extremely thin very little sauce and not baked all the way. As for the taste it was not good. I am not going to go back. read more

Excellent pizza!! friendly and professional service. I love their square pizzas!! Highly recommended!!

Definitely stop by if you're tired of the traditional sliced pizza, and flavor it up with some LEDOs Had dinner here with some friends, and we enjoyed our time here, just socializing over the toasted spicy ravioli, a crafted pizza--Spring Chicken and a cold beer! Service was great, only complaint and not much of a bother was the location must have been having issues with their A/C unit; however, they had fans spread out to help with the issue. Definitely going back and highly recommend stopping by! read more

See all

Service is great but pickles are soggy and gross we waited for ever for a messed up stronboli

we have been coming here since you opened and will definitely not be back. Your pizza has become a Covid victim for sure !! Your pizza is so thin now and covered in sauce hardly any cheese and over cooked. so so disappointed this is our second attempt this month to enjoy a Ledos pizza. instead we got a paper thin over cooked sauce wafer. we even ate at Virginia Ledos's and we were happy with their product so we know it's not the new look. such a shame read more

Ledo Ranson quickly resolved my issue and I am very pleased. Looking forward to ordering again from there

I got 3 taco salads today and a taco pizza. The taco salads were all lettuce two tomatoes and hardley any cheese and about a teaspoon of meat. I was really looking forward to the salad and i threw it all in the trash $50 for food the went in the trash read more

This Ledo's is usually just fine. The last two times we've been the dining area has been a complete mess with servers sitting around rather than at least cleaning first. The food is always pretty good, better than other Ledo's we've been to. I've worked in restaurants most of my life and hate to complain bc usually I can see what's going on having been there myself. Today, the server set down silver ware on our dirty table (no where else to sit as all the other booths were full of dirty dishes) with no intention of wiping it off. One server started clearing tables off after we ordered, she got them all cleaned before we got our food and the food is still good. read more

Wonderful pizza and has a gluten free version. We as grandparents were entertaining our grandchildren and showed them where we were going to get supper. Simultaneously, they said 'wonderful, that is our favorite pizza place!' Called ahead, walked in the prescribed minutes later, and voila: two pizzas. No leftovers! read more

My wife and I would not be back we ordered the three meat pizza and the pepper cheese steak. The service was fine however the quality of the food did not live up to the price that we paid. First the crust on the pizza was thinner then paper. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza. The sauce that was on there was very good just needed more. Lastly there was hardly any bacon on the pizza. We also ordered the Pepper Cheese Steak it was such a let down. Hardly any meat or cheese. The pepper cheese steak was missing the pepper for 31.00 you could go to Domino's and get the same quality and two more pizzas we will not be back nor would recommend this location. read more

Ordered salad and deluxe pizza. Place looks clean and people are friendly. My pizza arrived and had to set it aside and wait roughly 10 minutes for the waitress to return so that I could ask where my salad was, crushed red pepper and silverware. Salad had some mushy pieces and shouldn't have been served to a customer, specially for six bucks. The pizza was bland and soggy and the hamburger pieces were like meatball size and fell off whenever picking up the very small square of pizza that you would expect to hold its own being that it was small. The beer, Pepsi and dressing were good tho. Just a hint tho, don't serve salad that is bad, it can make people very sick. The place wasn't busy either so not sure why the service was lacking. Won't return. read more

Great Pizza Great Service Very nice!! The place was clean all the social distancing in place. They dont rush you out of there. The waitress was very nice read more

Always love Ledo Pizzas, friendly service and good pizza been coming to Ranson Ledo Pizza for a few years now, and we love the place.

Ledo's is my favorite pizza and hadn't had one in awhile. Tonight we ordered my favorite Lg pepperoni, w/ mushrooms and onion. Whoever made it was very stingy with mushroom and hardly a trace of onions. Just kind of thrown on unevenly, there are places that don't have any toppings and for the first time ever just didn't taste right, very bland, couldn't even taste the sauce.....what the heck? read more

Their meat lovers calzone is LIFE! The wait wasn't long (which is good when you're starving) the portion you get for the price is a deal! I definitely recommend trying this place out if you're in the mood for pizza. read more

Ledo Pizza - Only half of the meat lovers calzone $7.99 - Italian Near Me - Ranson, West Virginia

Called in to make sure they would get order right. Ordered wings with sauce on the side. PLAIN wings with sauce on the side. Chicken ranch bacon pizza and a house salad with NO green peppers and I said that twice. She repeated everything correctly. Got there and paid and waited 20 minutes past time they had said would be ready. I understand that's an estimated time but when I got the order, the pizza was cold (had it been sitting there?) and wings were not hot and they were all sauced (not on the side as had requested) and the salad had green peppers and I specifically said twice no green peppers. I just don't understand why the quality of customer care and doing a good job have continued to go downhill. Step it up Ledo's at Ranson. I won't go back to this particular Ledo's. read more

If Ledo's offered delivery, they would take a HUGE bite out of Domino's and Pizza Huts business. The food that they offer is really good, and there is quite a bit of variety on the menu as well. This is totally different from Dominos, Papa Johns, and Pizza Hut, whose menus basically consist of two things: 1 - stuff they toss in a deep fryer, and 2 - pizza crust that they keep trying to redisguise as a "new item" by making it different shapes or throwing cinnamon sugar on it. Ledos has pastas, subs, pizzas, calzones, salads, entrees, and more, and all of them are well prepared an good quality. Of course, I have to get a lot of opinions on their items second hand, because I am addicted to their buffalo chicken calzone and order one pretty much every time I eat here. For the price, portions are pretty large as well. All in all, i usually try to avoid chains because they are usually lackluster with spotty service, surly employees, and subpar food.... but Ledo's doesn't fall into any of those traps. The food is good, the service is good, and the employees have always been friendly. read more

Full Disclosure I am a LEDO's fan from the late 1970s when I first went to their original location near the University of MD. Been here a few times and consistency is the rule...service is timely and food is predictable and delicious. This time we had the salt and vinegar shrimp salad and six wings (with hot sauce), shared. Even with that, we took some home. Of course, their pizzas are special, and I love the prosciutto topping. Ledo's doesn't cut corners :-) read more

On a recent jaunt to West VA, we found ourselves out after 8:30 p.m. on a Sunday night having not had any dinner. Let me tell you, that's not a good situation to be in in those parts. Everything shutters quite early. We circled a strip mall and discovered a pizza joint tucked away that had an open sign that was on. Saved from hunger! Not in the mood for pizza, we went with a tuna melt sub (not very Italian, I know, but it sounded good) and chicken parmesan. Both were very average, but filled the void quite nicely. The bright spot was the fresh brewed sweet tea. You know when you're in the Mid-Atlantic/Southern part of the U.S. when sweet tea makes an appearance on the menu. read more

A batch of neighbors were visiting and realized we all had missed dinner, but didn't want to suspend the conversation SO we headed over to Ledo Pizza in Ranson. We arrived within 1/2 hour of closing but the servers were "no problem" come on in and set a spell!! NICE - so often you get grumbling if you show up "close to closing time". There were a few other customers seated in the restaurant. We each ordered an individual item; salads, ravioli, pizzas, and I had a flatbread. Everything showed up hot and/or fresh and at the table in very short order. My flatbread was lovely - I think these are an awesome idea. The aiosi sauce is light, creamy, and lovely - not a spicy red sauce. The crust was thin and crispy, not heavy. The ingredients tasted fresh. We were able to finish our conversation and eat lovely dinners! read more

Wow--these folks know how to do customer service. They made a small mistake on my pizza, so small that I would have not made a big deal. They went ahead and remade my pizza before I picked it up. I've been to other places that have burnt my pizza or really goofed and never had them fix it unless I complained. I'm definitely going to be a loyal Ledos Ranson customer. Thanks to their Friday night crew!!!! read more

We normally use one of the other chain pizza restaurants for their Super Special Deals, but decided to use Ledo's for dinner, last night. We ordered a take out Create Your Own pizza with cooked bacon, hamburger, onions and green peppers. We were VERY disappointed to find NO bacon when we got home to eat. Sadly, this is only our second or third visit to Ledo's, Ranson, and the second time our toppings were not as-ordered. However, the rest of the pizza [that was present] was very good. read more

Ledo's is kind of a thorn in my side, I'm not a fan but my boyfriend LOVES it. Personally I don't like their pizza one bit, it's almost the consistency of Taco Bell's mexican pizza. We're talking ultra ultra thin crust that can be sometimes soggy and sometimes a little crunchy. And sometimes the "crust" is freaking huge because whoever made it was being sloppy. A giant pizza sized appetizer is what it reminds me of. And there's something in their pizza that gives me massive heartburn, I don't get that anywhere else! My boyfriend got me their Veg Out pizza the last time because he thought I'd enjoy it. It had NO flavor, NONE. There was no sauce on it and there was a basil leaf here and there. Seriously, all I could taste was the crust. I even tried salting it but that didn't work. I'm giving them two stars because their stromboli and calzones are about the only things I can stand. And again... heartburn! And others have commented that the staff can be rude and I have to agree. My boyfriend said on the night he went to get that tasteless pizza I described above the girl behind the counter was so rude he wanted to forget the order and walk out. And it takes A LOT to make him upset. I'm kind of happy because now he doesn't want to go back! read more

This Ledos is top notch compared to the other branches. There food is prepared and presented very well. Thier service is top notch and everything is kept really clean... including the restrooms. This Ledos is 25 miles from my house... and it's worth the drive when I'm craving me some pizza..... read more

I've only been to this Ledos twice. One time we walked in to sit down and eat rather then carrying out and it felt as if we were walking in on a private party. We didnt feel welcomed at all. The employees just stared at us didn't greet us right away, I thought it was just me... but my husband felt the same way so we walked out. The last time I went there we just picked up an order, the employees again were not very friendly. The food was oookayyy not Amazing enough to go again especially because of the employees. read more

Our waitress was very honest...they make their pizza a little thicker than we like because the toppings tend to collapse the pizza. they made it our way and it was amazing. Banana peppers, onions, bacon, pepperoni, etc. so very good on a well made and thoroughly enjoyed pizza. Our waitress was attentive and watched out for us but didn't smother us. the fries were hot and crispy and gone in a flash. We will be back. read more

Had an hour for lunch, figures since it was pizza and a sadwich it wouldn't take too long and we could sit down, that was a mistake. Took us over 30 minutes to get an 8 inch pizza and a chicken salad. Never again read more

THE WINGS ARE AWESOME!! The pizza is good, the best pizza I have had so far is the chicken, spinach and bacon pizza. Pretty awesome. We always order for pick up and the wings are the best Ive had out here. Better than BWW. They are big and crispy, yet juicy still, reminds me of "Wing Stop" in Cali! The sauces they have too are awesome, we always get the chipotle ranch. Id recommend this place in particular. read more

We had the Po'boy Calamari Sandwich and the Chicken Calzone. Both were almost without flavor. The calzone crust was vet good but when I got the slimey canned mushrooms in the calzone, I wanted to go a few doors down in the strip mall to the Weis Grocery to buy FRESH mushrooms. The calamari in the sandwich was rubbery, as expected (but we hoped not). For a restaurant with the hashtag, #nevercutcorners, it is ironic how many corners Ledos cuts. We went to Ledos to avoid fast food places like McDonald's and Roy Rogers. Roy's would have been the better choice where food quality is apparently more important. The seats throughout the Ledos restaurant are in really bad shape, with many covered by clear tape to hold the torn naughahide together. There appears to be a need for monetary investment in the business where even the window blinds are not hanging right. Ledos is worth a visit for affordability and great service, but keep your expectations low. read more

My father grew up going to the orginal Ledos so we were raised loving it but only getting it once in a blue moon until it franchised out. That being said It is my favorite pizza of all and has since become my wifes as well and I have introduced it to others that travel to here and they fall in love. Not all ledo's franchises are run as well as others. This one has messed up our order before... but no one is perfect. Overall the product is consistently excellent and the place clean. Service is good. read more

Terrible we waited 45 minutes and wound up having to leave and go someplace else for dinner
