I didn't have my insurance card handy, which was evidently the end. I wasn't asked about anything other than my specific insurance details. After dead silence, i was told to call back "when I figure it out." This is not a reflection of the level of care I received; I received none. And while the reviews were good, they were many years old, and the introduction i received indicated they aren't really interested in new clients. I understand the need to furnish insurance info, etc. but it is also a huge turn-off to me when that is the primary concern.

I got 3 new crowns and some other work done, and I'm not quite finished yet, but am well on my way to a healthier mouth, more correct bite and whiter smile. They were wonderfully thorough, and explained everything to me in detail. I felt quite engaged in the entire process. On a scale of 1 to 5, Dr. Falbo & her team definitely get 5 stars from me!
