After dead silence, i was told to call back "when I figure it out." This is not a reflection of the level of care I received; I received none. And while the reviews were good, they were many years old, and the introduction i received indicated they aren't really interested in new clients. I understand the need to furnish insurance info, etc. but it is also a huge turn-off to me when that is the primary concern.

They twice told me I needed a crown instead of fillings. I got one of the crowns done, and then switched insurance to a very expensive one so on Jan 1st I'd be able to get the other one done. (They were not happy I wanted to wait a month and a half to get a crown). I saw a new dentist in January and he said I just needed a deep filling, and looked over my X-rays and said I never needed the first crown. They upsold me on a laser gum treatment and told me insurance would cover it.... It covered $40? I paid the remaining $150 out of pocket. I also got a bill from them 7 months post service saying insurance didn't cover something. When I looked at my insurance, it was denied for failure to submit the claim in a timely fashion. It took 3 phone calls before I finally said: "it looks like it was denied because it wasn't submitted by your staff on time, is that what you're seeing on your end" and magically the bill disappeared. Great personalities, terrible people, terrible treatment.

I have been receiving bills over a year after the date of service…read more I have called the billing inquiry team every time I receive a bill because my insurance was never billed. Each call we go over my insurance info and each time they claim there is something new that was incorrect even though I had the correct info on my insurance card on the day of services. They say they are working on filing the claim correctly but my insurance company has not heard from them. I have reached out to the customer service team and would love resolution to this mess.
