To begin with, you have to remember this is an emergency dental clinic! Even if you have an appointment and other folks come in with more serious conditions, you need to be prepared to wait. The receptionist was exceptionally pleasant and thoroughly explained everything regarding pricing. Note, again, this is an emergency dental clinic, so be prepared to pay higher than normal rates for off hours emergency support. I had an emergency dental situation come up over the weekend, and unfortunately my normal dentist was out of town for a number of days. Otherwise he would've gladly come in to help me. He actually called me from out of town and forwarded me to this location for assistance. I showed up first thing on Sunday morning when they opened and there was already a number of folks waiting. Upon arrival if you don't already have an account you will need to spend at least 20+ minutes filling out digital forms. If you don't have insurance bring a credit card! Basic services start at about $185 and go as high as you need for each additional service. I liken this place to a MASH unit. A single on-call dentist is available and works his way through the clientele based on their need similar to what you would find an emergency triage unit. I read reviews for this location and found many of the issues were related to waiting for extended periods of time for service. My suggestion is that you have a normal/routine dental need go to a regular dentist for a firm appointment and lower cost services. While I waited nearly 4+ hours, the wait was made clear, and I was attended to regularly with what I needed to keep me comfortable until the dentist could see me for an extensive dental procedure. This dental experience was far from normal, given that a number of the clientele that came in were an extreme pain and needed immediate attention. The dentist was to the point about options, regarding time and expense, and once I was clear on what I wanted to have done he went right to work. I ended up having the procedure done in about an hours time. I was given digital instructions on what to do after I left and there were no surprises.

This place was an absolute joke. I came in with horrible pain and they told me I needed a root canal and crown. The dentist showed up with a kids fake mustache on his eyebrows. Did not trust him and would never allow him to do dental work on myself or family. They tried to get me pay and get it done today. I wasted my entire morning and am still in extreme pain. Called my primary dentist (who was out sick today) and the dental hygienist told me the tooth they wanted to work on had a filling in 2018 and not my recent filling. The "dentist" at this place told me they drilled too far down and hit my nerve and my tooth was dead and that's why I needed an emergency root canal and crown. I just cannot believe this place is allowed to operate with such low standards. Picture from his Facebook with me adding on what his eyebrows looked like from today. This is what he showed up to my exam like.

Really hard to see. The sign on the front said tomorrow's dentistry today? Emergency dental cover up?

I have a lot to say about this place. My husband needed dental work the day before a holiday weekend. I called every dental around, and this was the only place that could get him in. The appointment was at 5pm. We are an hour an a half away. We get there 4:45 pm. He doesn't get called back until 6:30 pm. They take your money before you do a thing. There must not be HIPPA in the dental field. Because as we sat there waiting you get to hear everyone's billing and dental questions. Once they got my husband back and looked at they had me go pay again, no papers or paperwork. Then they are going to do the dental work. They had to change the treatment plan a 3rd time and had me pay yet again. And still no receipt the response was he would get it when they were done. I did have our 2 kids with us too. So I was more concerned about watching them. Not to mention I just wanted my husband not to be in pain. My husband said he wasn't in pain when they did the procedures because they numbed him so much. Things were so unorganized that he had one tooth pulled and they started a root canal. They couldn't find all the materials to do the rest of it. At this point I had the 2 kids in the car. I saw a guy in scrubs outside get something from a car that pulled up. Pretty sure it was the material for the root canal. He would need to come back for a follow up for the root canal. So recap got there at 4:45 pm. Finally got done at 10:20 pm. He had a prescription that needed filled too. Let's here it for 24 hour pharmacy. So he calls to schedule follow up. He at this point has paid approximately $3,000. We have dental insurance too but not sure that mattered. He asked. So according to my paperwork I paid for this visit correct? On the phone they told him yes. He drove the hour and a half up there because he was told he had paid for it and gets there and they want an additional $3,000. I have not checked with my insurance company or bbb but I don't think the remaining root canal should cost this much. Couple of the ladies at the front desk are rude and would make fun of people that would complain about cost. The place was hard to find. I think we were overcharged in the first place and my husband's teeth are probably messed up. I'm even questioning certification and health codes. I just hope when we find a credible dentist to finish the mess they started he has some teeth left. Never, ever, ever again.

Great place to go if you are hoping to; -Waste at least half a day. -Deal with a totally unprofessional staff that loves taking selfies and posting them while "working". -Be billed for services that were not performed. -Be treated like a commodity as opposed to an actual human being. -Have to beg and plead to get your rightful refund back (it took over six months to get $320 back) -Be passed from dentist to dentist. Apparently because they can't keep anyone decent dentists there. -Listen to loud and crappy music. -Be pressured into treatments that you haven't had explained or demonstrated that you actually need. It's like a training camp for Hilton Timeshares. -Be overcharged, not in accordance with the agreement they have made as providers with your insurance company. -Catch HIV, Covid, Tetanus, or Hepatitis. The place is filthy. -And get to be treated by this guy "Trentist the Dentist" who claims to be "An artist that just happens to have a dental license".

Dr. Kang was honest explaining that the tooth might be saved by the root canal but it also might not and I would need an extraction. Good news was he did the root canal and saved my tooth! The only minor pain were the injections. Everything else went smoothly. And the entire staff was so welcoming and attentive to my needs. If you need an Endodontist I highly recommend this practice.

My review is regarding the receptionists. I called there today to talk to them about getting a…read moreroot canal and had a referral from my dentist. I gave them my info, my dental insurance info etc. The person I spoke to said that they were not in my insurance network and that my insurance would only cover 20% of the procedure. They gave me an estimate of $300 for a consultation and then $1,450.00 for the root canal. I wanted to go to them because their website said they offer sedation. I told them I may have to find a different endodontist that is in my network to save money. She said "looks like even if you go to an in network endodontist, they still only cover 20%". I said I would think about it and call back if I wanted to make an appointment. I then logged onto my insurance website and just went to look for in-network endodontist. Found one, called them, made the appointment and a short time later they called with an estimate after insurance - it was only going to be $478.00. I thought that was crazy because if, according to the receptionist, my insurance only covers 20% for both in-network and out of network, that is a huge price difference because Advanced Endodontic Therapy told me $1,450.00 after insurance. I then logged back onto my insurance website and looked over the coverage. My insurance covers 80% of root canals for in network and out of network! So I called this place back, told them the story and they looked up my info and she said "oh, it does look like they cover 80%". I asked if they could check with insurance and do an estimate and she said they don't do that. What?!!! If they don't do that, then why would the previous person I spoke to there tell me $1,450.00!?! I think the receptionists there are just there for a paycheck and could care less about their patients/potential patients! I am so disappointed because now I have to have a root canal from someone that doesn't provide sedation! I suggest that receptionists there need lessons on billing and insurance!

But accepting our insurance is a much appreciated way of thanking our families for our service and sacrifice. So THANK YOU! As for the treatment I received, this was my first root canal experience. Dreaded stories of the past makes no one look forward to it, but I can honestly say I walked out of the office thinking, "that was NOT a horrible, very bad experience!" With appropriate medication, I didn't feel any discomfort, the procedure only took about 45 minutes, and Dr. Drake prepped me for each step of the process. He worked efficiently and gently and communicated thoroughly. His assistant gave me a courtesy call the next day. Treating myself with ibuprofen, the only day of discomfort in healing was two days afterwards. Within a week I caught myself naturally chewing on the formally uncomfortable tooth without even realizing what I was doing! I'm so happy I got this taken care of and have already passed Dr. Drake's name on to another military friend!
