Run don't walk to Mango Mango! I don't know how I haven't tried this place till now. So many fun desserts in a great location in squirrel hill. It operates like a restaurant where you have a server but it's dessert only. They have lots of mango themed items but plenty of non mango themed ones as well. I tried the mango snowcloud, ube cheesecake, crepe, and brown sugar boba! I genuinely liked them all! The snowcloud really surprised me though! The server said it was one of the most popular menu items. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of seating inside. Definitely recommended checking out if in the area! Also nice they are open late till around 10p for late night dessert!
We stopped by yesterday after dinner for a sweet treat. The inside is bright and well lit and clean. Someone showed us to an open booth for four and we ordered from the menus they handed us. Everything was delicious as always and sweet but not too sweet. You can pay via tap to pay right at the table!
Mango Mango never fails to satisfy my sweet tooth! The desserts here are delicious and refreshing, perfect for a hot and humid day, but honestly also great in the winter. My personally go-to is A3 (mango dessert with strawberries and lychee jelly). The interior is also very cute and spacious. The service is quick and the servers are friendly. Highly recommend this place!
Delicious desserts, especially for anyone who loves mango or really fresh, not too sweet ones! Service was really quick, with a nice seating area and WiFi to do work or chat. They also have a lot of drink and food options, all of which are good. The Mango and Pomelo combo is def a favorite, and their ice cream had good flavor too. Only thing is that the portion sizes can be a little small considering it's $10+ for most of the options, but definitely great for a refreshing treat once in awhile!
I was told that Mango Mango had a mango sticky rice smoothie, so I went as soon as I could. I stopped by to grab some desserts for my boyfriend and I, so of course I got myself the mango sticky rice smoothie and him the coconut mango smoothie. The shop was very cute, and you order from a screen. An employee did offer to help me, but I already knew what I wanted. I took it to go, and they packaged it up nicely so nothing spilled on the drive. Both smoothies were soooooo yummy. I was surprised that the rice in the sticky rice smoothie was a bit savory, but it honestly worked well. Coconut mango smoothie was as expected, and very fresh and tasty. I can't wait to go back.
I cannot say enough good things about Mango Mango! Everything on their menu looked absolutely delicious. My entire group couldn't decide what to get and most of us got 2 or 3 different things to try and took some things home as well! I personally got the crepe cake to take home, which was super sweet and light. Just a really cool dessert that left me wanting more! I ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Smoothie and Mango Juice Rice Ball Sago Bowl. First of all, the Mango Sticky Rice Smoothie was life changing. There were pieces of Sticky Rice at the bottom of the smoothie, and every time I sucked my straw and got some it was an absolute surprise. The Mango Juice Rice Ball Sago Bowl was so refreshing and tasty. I loved the fresh Mango with the Mango juice and chewy Rice balls. It was so different and an absolute delight! Many of the people in my group got the Waffles, and you could choose between Mango, Coconut, or pistachio ice cream. Many loved the coconut ice cream. It was a very sweet dish with Nutella drizzle. I cannot wait to go back to this place to try so much more on the menu!
Delightful and delicious and a very cool experience. The magonis definitely realized not from concentration which is a nice touch.
A bit of a unicorn - a sit-down restaurant with table service all for dessert. Very nice inside; clean, comfy, and spacious (our party had room to park two strollers at tableside with minimal furniture rearrangement). Huge menu with more dessert options than I'd even care to consider at once, but I guess that adds to the whole sit-down restaurant vibe. We tried several options and all were excellent. My 4-yr-old got some mango ice cream with two pirouline straws (she just called them chocolate sticks and said they were yummy). The coconut mango juice was huge and maybe a little less mango-flavored than we expected, but came with a large dollop of ice cream in the center. The tiramisu cake was delish, though a bit more like a fudgy/creamy layer cake (the server informed me snarkily that it was NOT like real tiramisu...ok, I still liked it?). And the waffle was gigantic, layered with mango, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. Dessert here is a bit of a decadent (and pricey) treat compared to say ice cream or fro yo, but with the whole restaurant vibe, you get what you pay for.
This is a cute place that's well lit and has lots of seating with both booths and tables. The menu is extensive and I tried the sticky rice mango dessert. It comes with ice cream but I went without because I'm lactose intolerant. The server was lovely and made the adjustment - she even made sure to prepared the coconut milk mixture again to make sure there wasn't cow's milk included in the ingredients. My dessert was pretty good although I've had better at Asian restaurants, generally Thai places typically have the best version of this. Still recommend and will likely come back to try other items.
Overall a great place to get dessert after a meal, we got the mango shaved ice and it was really good. The place was clean and service was good too Recommend!
Do you like Pancake? I sure do, especially when they're filled with mangos and cream. I stopped by @mangomango.pittsburgh in Squirrel Hill and indulged on some delicious mango treats! I ate: Mango Pancake Mango Millie Crepe Cake Slice Mango Coconut Sticky Rice with Ice cream These Asian-inspired desserts are packed with juicy, sweet, silky, fresh, tangy flavors - come see what I mean!
Where to begin for this place of mango galore! We got many different things and varieties from this place. For starters, skip the durian dessert as it's tiny in a cup and it's not with $4 as it doesn't taste fresh at all. This is the only complaint I have for this shop and I'm so confused why the photo looks "bigger" but in reality, it's pretty small. So let's jump into the rest. We got a mango Millie cake was pretty good and fresh, a mango drink, the itty bitty durian cup, ube soup, and mango pancakes. Do not doubt about the mango pancakes and make sure you get them as they are really tasty! The ube soup was a good counterbalance from the other desserts and perfect for how it was chilly this day. The durian, skip. The mango drink, get and it's refreshing. The mango Millie cake, really tasty but the mango pancakes are top tier. The only other flaw I will say is the photos are deceiving when you order on DoorDash. The photo makes the food look like it needs 2 people to eat it but in reality, it's a lot smaller so they need to update this as 1 person can def eat the millie cake and the mango pancakes alone and the soup. It's not that big. For how misleading the photos are and the durian dessert, I am taking away a star.
Mango Mango Dessert is a restaurant chain that started years ago in New York's Chinatown and currently has locations in many states. My husband and I ate lunch at this restaurant in Pittsburgh one time. When we entered the restaurant, a sign told us to wait to be seated. After a few minutes, an employee seated us at a table and gave us menus. After several minutes, he took our order. Throughout the service, he spoke very courteously to us. The menu listed dozens of classic desserts, some waffles, several hot teas, hot fruit teas, cold teas, smoothies, and some hot desserts. Please see my attached photos for the menu in December 2024. Here are my reviews for what we ordered: Mango-Strawberry Smoothie - 5 stars - This smoothie was a large size and tasted very fruity and sweet. Thai Bubble Milk Tea - 5 stars - My husband drank this tea, and he liked it. I took one sip, and I agree that it tasted very good. Strawberry-Mango Nutella Waffle with Alphonso-Mango Ice Cream - 5 stars - Two small waffles were topped with Nutella and ice cream. On the side were fresh chunks of strawberry and mango. I enjoyed the sweet flavors. Mango-Coconut Sticky Rice with Ice Cream - 5 stars - My husband ate this entree, and he cleaned all of the food off his plate. He said that it was good.

It was a very nice place environment wise-- the servers came by to take orders and the space feels cozy and modernized. However, the dessert for the price is not worth it.. most desserts were above $10 and the mangos weren't anything amazing... still a nice place to get cute desserts and chat with friends. read more

Every time I go to Mango Mango, I have to get the mango sticky rice. It is the best I have had in the Pittsburgh area so far and nothing else really compares. The mango is always fresh and sweet, the sticky rice is warm and perfectly chewy, and the portion is generous without being too much. It is consistently delicious every time I visit. The service is great too with friendly and quick staff. Definitely one of my favorite dessert spots. read more

I love Mango Mango! Every time I visit, the desserts and drinks are always so fresh and delicious. The mango sticky rice is my absolute favorite I've also ordered through Uber Eats, and the food always arrives perfectly packaged -- even the ice cream stays frozen! Highly recommend whether you're dining in or ordering out. read more

First time at the Pittsburgh location of Mango Mango! I've been to the location in Philly's Chinatown so I'm really glad pgh finally got one too! This is a very popular Asian dessert chain that serves mostly mango, but also other Asian desserts and flavors all in one spots! The place was so clean and modern, I love that this place feels like an upscale dessert place. I ordered the Green Tea Mille Crepe Cake slice ($9.25) and it was delicious. Service was also great, the servers were happy to help with any questions. One of my all time favorite desserts and I am so glad there is a delicious spot for my matcha crepe cravings!! read more

I was very excited to go here when this place opened. The dessert I got did not disappoint, it was super juicy and refreshing. I thought the fruit could have been a little colder though. Service was a little slow but it was pretty busy so it's understandable. However I did see people getting water before their food and we had to ask our waitress for water after she brought out our desserts. It's very nice, clean, and bright inside. read more

The new mango mango is a much needed addition to Pittsburgh desserts! The service is quick even when extremely busy and the food took about 10-15 min to come out after ordering. The mangoes were perfectly ripe. The crepe cake and sticky rice were a little dry but still delicious. read more

I was lucky enough to get to the soft opening of mango mango in Pittsburgh and wow, it blew my mind. When you first walk in it's a beautiful bright white with clean and sleek decor. And now about these desserts are something that dreams are made of. There is something for every tastebud out there. The crème brûlée cake was a complete dream and I could have eaten the entire cake myself. The mango is some of the freshest I've had on any of the desserts I tried including them! I couldn't leave without getting a taro bubble tea and it was just perfect. Thank you for amazing service and an amazing first experience at mango mango! I am so beyond excited to have this spot in squirrel hill which is one of my favorite places to come for all the things food! This spot is one you'll want to add to your list! See you all soon! read more

mango mango is great but unfortunately the menu doesn't super appeal to me. i usually get the same item (don't have a photo of it but it's the mango strawberry fusion bowl with lychee jelly) and it's really good, but other items at mango mango are huge misses. if you can find your niche here it's really good but otherwise it's just ok. nice vibes inside tho i love the seating areas and it looks very cute inside. read more
I've been to other Mango Mango locations, and this dessert chain is classic and consistent. The Pittsburgh location is one of the cleanest ones I have seen, so kudos to the workers here! The prices are fair considering the portion sizes (around $10 for each dessert). Our desserts came out one at a time, but the mango coconut sticky rice took over twenty minutes to arrive whereas the crepe cake took less than ten. Our server was apologetic though, and we believe the kitchen may have missed our order. The dessert quality is alright, with both being a bit dry, but the mangos are sweet and ripe. Overall, it is a decent dessert restaurant! I will note that there are a lot of great Asian dessert places in the Squirrel Hill area, many of which are small businesses. So if you enjoyed Mango Mango, I encourage you to explore the neighborhood's many Asian bakeries! read more

This place has some really good dessert that are mostly mango themed but they have other types. Their boba is really good too. The inside space is nice and modern but not too big. The service is quick and they have a take out order kiosk if you want to order to go and it's very quick. I would recommend the matcha layered cake! It's not too sweet or bitter from the matcha powder inside the layers. read more

Mango mango is one of my hands down favorite dessert chains, and I am so happy they opened one up in Pittsburgh!! I love being able to have Hong Kong style desserts so close to home. If you haven't tried the mango pomelo sago desserts, this is the place to go. Think of it like a mango smoothie bowl topped with grapefruit (pomelo) and mini clear tapioca balls (sago; you won't even notice they're in there). I love being able to add ice cream, sweet red bean, or herbal jelly as a topping. Definitely a great and refreshing summer dessert. And to top it off they have a wide variety of fun bubble milk teas and slushies. My favorite is the mango sticky rice slushie - which is literally like mango sticky rice in a cup. The rice was sweet and warm, and not too large to be taken up through the straw. I love that the desserts don't taste too excessively sweet either. I will definitely be coming back here. I hope they get their online ordering system up and running soon because the wait is about half an hour on a busy night just for take out. Would definitely come back on off peak times. The space was lovely as well, with plenty of seating if you want a dine in experience. read more

If you are a lover of mangos, this is definitely the place to go! I have been waiting to go to a Mango Mango for quite a long time, and I was beyond ecstatic to learn of this place's existence. My friend and I ordered the Mango sago to share. Given that we had just eaten lunch, the portion size was perfect for the both of us. The mango tasted fresh, and the sago was cooked extremely well. Additionally, the ice cream on top added a nice contrast to the sago. I am looking forward to coming back to try their other items! read more

I was so excited to try this place especially because I love mangoes and I had heard good things about this place. My friend and I both got the mango crepe cake. The cake was good and very creamy. It tastes better if you eat the cake with the mangoes rather than the cake by itself. I also got a cantaloupe smoothie. It tasted good except there was some type of jelly that I wasn't a fan of and it was hard to avoid. They have lots of desserts and drinks to choose from. We went on a Saturday and it was pretty crowded. Small place but fits a good amount of people. Our waitress was nice. I paid almost $20 for the cake and the smoothie, which I think is slightly overpriced. read more
