Run don't walk to Mango Mango! I don't know how I haven't tried this place till now. So many fun desserts in a great location in squirrel hill. It operates like a restaurant where you have a server but it's dessert only. They have lots of mango themed items but plenty of non mango themed ones as well. I tried the mango snowcloud, ube cheesecake, crepe, and brown sugar boba! I genuinely liked them all! The snowcloud really surprised me though! The server said it was one of the most popular menu items. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of seating inside. Definitely recommended checking out if in the area! Also nice they are open late till around 10p for late night dessert!
We stopped by yesterday after dinner for a sweet treat. The inside is bright and well lit and clean. Someone showed us to an open booth for four and we ordered from the menus they handed us. Everything was delicious as always and sweet but not too sweet. You can pay via tap to pay right at the table!
Mango Mango never fails to satisfy my sweet tooth! The desserts here are delicious and refreshing, perfect for a hot and humid day, but honestly also great in the winter. My personally go-to is A3 (mango dessert with strawberries and lychee jelly). The interior is also very cute and spacious. The service is quick and the servers are friendly. Highly recommend this place!
Delicious desserts, especially for anyone who loves mango or really fresh, not too sweet ones! Service was really quick, with a nice seating area and WiFi to do work or chat. They also have a lot of drink and food options, all of which are good. The Mango and Pomelo combo is def a favorite, and their ice cream had good flavor too. Only thing is that the portion sizes can be a little small considering it's $10+ for most of the options, but definitely great for a refreshing treat once in awhile!
I was told that Mango Mango had a mango sticky rice smoothie, so I went as soon as I could. I stopped by to grab some desserts for my boyfriend and I, so of course I got myself the mango sticky rice smoothie and him the coconut mango smoothie. The shop was very cute, and you order from a screen. An employee did offer to help me, but I already knew what I wanted. I took it to go, and they packaged it up nicely so nothing spilled on the drive. Both smoothies were soooooo yummy. I was surprised that the rice in the sticky rice smoothie was a bit savory, but it honestly worked well. Coconut mango smoothie was as expected, and very fresh and tasty. I can't wait to go back.
I cannot say enough good things about Mango Mango! Everything on their menu looked absolutely delicious. My entire group couldn't decide what to get and most of us got 2 or 3 different things to try and took some things home as well! I personally got the crepe cake to take home, which was super sweet and light. Just a really cool dessert that left me wanting more! I ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Smoothie and Mango Juice Rice Ball Sago Bowl. First of all, the Mango Sticky Rice Smoothie was life changing. There were pieces of Sticky Rice at the bottom of the smoothie, and every time I sucked my straw and got some it was an absolute surprise. The Mango Juice Rice Ball Sago Bowl was so refreshing and tasty. I loved the fresh Mango with the Mango juice and chewy Rice balls. It was so different and an absolute delight! Many of the people in my group got the Waffles, and you could choose between Mango, Coconut, or pistachio ice cream. Many loved the coconut ice cream. It was a very sweet dish with Nutella drizzle. I cannot wait to go back to this place to try so much more on the menu!
Delightful and delicious and a very cool experience. The magonis definitely realized not from concentration which is a nice touch.
A bit of a unicorn - a sit-down restaurant with table service all for dessert. Very nice inside; clean, comfy, and spacious (our party had room to park two strollers at tableside with minimal furniture rearrangement). Huge menu with more dessert options than I'd even care to consider at once, but I guess that adds to the whole sit-down restaurant vibe. We tried several options and all were excellent. My 4-yr-old got some mango ice cream with two pirouline straws (she just called them chocolate sticks and said they were yummy). The coconut mango juice was huge and maybe a little less mango-flavored than we expected, but came with a large dollop of ice cream in the center. The tiramisu cake was delish, though a bit more like a fudgy/creamy layer cake (the server informed me snarkily that it was NOT like real tiramisu...ok, I still liked it?). And the waffle was gigantic, layered with mango, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. Dessert here is a bit of a decadent (and pricey) treat compared to say ice cream or fro yo, but with the whole restaurant vibe, you get what you pay for.
This is a cute place that's well lit and has lots of seating with both booths and tables. The menu is extensive and I tried the sticky rice mango dessert. It comes with ice cream but I went without because I'm lactose intolerant. The server was lovely and made the adjustment - she even made sure to prepared the coconut milk mixture again to make sure there wasn't cow's milk included in the ingredients. My dessert was pretty good although I've had better at Asian restaurants, generally Thai places typically have the best version of this. Still recommend and will likely come back to try other items.
Overall a great place to get dessert after a meal, we got the mango shaved ice and it was really good. The place was clean and service was good too Recommend!
Do you like Pancake? I sure do, especially when they're filled with mangos and cream. I stopped by @mangomango.pittsburgh in Squirrel Hill and indulged on some delicious mango treats! I ate: Mango Pancake Mango Millie Crepe Cake Slice Mango Coconut Sticky Rice with Ice cream These Asian-inspired desserts are packed with juicy, sweet, silky, fresh, tangy flavors - come see what I mean!
Where to begin for this place of mango galore! We got many different things and varieties from this place. For starters, skip the durian dessert as it's tiny in a cup and it's not with $4 as it doesn't taste fresh at all. This is the only complaint I have for this shop and I'm so confused why the photo looks "bigger" but in reality, it's pretty small. So let's jump into the rest. We got a mango Millie cake was pretty good and fresh, a mango drink, the itty bitty durian cup, ube soup, and mango pancakes. Do not doubt about the mango pancakes and make sure you get them as they are really tasty! The ube soup was a good counterbalance from the other desserts and perfect for how it was chilly this day. The durian, skip. The mango drink, get and it's refreshing. The mango Millie cake, really tasty but the mango pancakes are top tier. The only other flaw I will say is the photos are deceiving when you order on DoorDash. The photo makes the food look like it needs 2 people to eat it but in reality, it's a lot smaller so they need to update this as 1 person can def eat the millie cake and the mango pancakes alone and the soup. It's not that big. For how misleading the photos are and the durian dessert, I am taking away a star.
Mango Mango Dessert is a restaurant chain that started years ago in New York's Chinatown and currently has locations in many states. My husband and I ate lunch at this restaurant in Pittsburgh one time. When we entered the restaurant, a sign told us to wait to be seated. After a few minutes, an employee seated us at a table and gave us menus. After several minutes, he took our order. Throughout the service, he spoke very courteously to us. The menu listed dozens of classic desserts, some waffles, several hot teas, hot fruit teas, cold teas, smoothies, and some hot desserts. Please see my attached photos for the menu in December 2024. Here are my reviews for what we ordered: Mango-Strawberry Smoothie - 5 stars - This smoothie was a large size and tasted very fruity and sweet. Thai Bubble Milk Tea - 5 stars - My husband drank this tea, and he liked it. I took one sip, and I agree that it tasted very good. Strawberry-Mango Nutella Waffle with Alphonso-Mango Ice Cream - 5 stars - Two small waffles were topped with Nutella and ice cream. On the side were fresh chunks of strawberry and mango. I enjoyed the sweet flavors. Mango-Coconut Sticky Rice with Ice Cream - 5 stars - My husband ate this entree, and he cleaned all of the food off his plate. He said that it was good.
omg so yummy. LITERAL MANGO HEAVEN i got the special mango juice sago & pomelo w mango ice cream. the mangos were SO GOOD and everything wasn't too sweet except the ice cream. would opt out of the ice cream next time because it makes it taste unhealthy. i want to come back to try their other options. also come before 930pm if you want to dine in because we came after and only had take out option :( such a cute interior too with lots of tables. service was insanely fast too read more

Restaurant was clean, and super cute!! The restaurant was a sit down service, I appreciated it being a spot dedicated to sit down dessert. The food itself was yum, but I felt like it was pricey for what you get. Still worth trying! read more
Dessert after dinner is a must, and one of my friends really wanted Mango Mango. A few of us were able to grab a table a couple Saturdays ago upon arrival, which was surprising since it was packed. I shared a "Special Mango Juice, Sago & Pomelo w. Mango Ice Cream" with my friend. The portions were pretty small, but mangos are pretty expensive, so I get it. The mangos weren't very ripe, so it didn't produce the natural sweet flavor we were hoping for. My friend thought there was a weird after taste with the mango juice, but it was fine to me. Overall, this was fine. Pretty pricy and small portions. read more

Tiffany, you've captured our flavors perfectly! Thank you for…
Good desert spot with overwhelming amount of options , we tried the fresh waffle with ice cream & fruit, the mango sticky rice , the crème brûlée Mille cake. We also tried the durian ice cream which was pungent and creamy but might be a unique thing to try once just to see what it's like. Our favorites was the mango sticky rice , the crème brûlée mille cake was also a 2nd favorite. We also tried the mango smoothie but it was just ok , it didn't taste that good and didn't have a strong flavor of mango. The service was good and the food came out fast , the place was clean and the design is very nice. We also tried the chamomile tea which was good read more

Cute little dessert and bubble tea spot! The place was darling and clean. You can sit in or order out. We decided to get the combo meal which is fun to try a few different things. The bubble tea was on the sweeter side, I like when there is an option to choose the sweetness, but nonetheless still tasty. A fun concept if you want a sweet treat! read more
One server on at a time and she was on it. She was cleaning, making food, and providing excellent service. It was clean. It has a modern industrial vibe. Lots of seating. I wish you could pick the sweetness on the tea. I like mine at a 30% sweetness and this was probably 75%. Lots of options. I liked the coconut cream and black rice, it was cold and creamy. My friend enjoyed the mango ice cream with tapioca. Neither was overly sweet. We shared the crape cake and I would definitely get this again. I love the texture and flavor. If you want to try a few things, they have the combo option which is worth it. read more

This is definitely a unique dessert spot that centers on the flavor of Mango! They had a variety of drinks and dessert style options so it was a bit hard to decide which one to try. I loved that they had a combination pack so if you wanted to try more than one type of dessert, they had offered it for a great and shareable price. They sit you down right when you arrive if you plan on dining in, which I thought was interesting considering I went in thinking that it is just like ordering at any boba or coffee spot. Our server came to us immediately even though it was a busy time on a Sunday evening so we got to place and receive our order immediately. My favorite of the 3 in the combination deal we ordered was the mango pancake! It was so soft and creamy with a perfect consistency of mango flavoring and a fresh mango cube in the middle. I want to come back and try their drinks! read more

Mango Mango on Forbes Avenue is to die for! This dessert shop has everything -- from classic sweets and pastries to sundaes, hot teas, cozy desserts, crepes, waffles, smoothies, fruit teas, milk teas, and coffee. It's a sugar lover's paradise! Inspired by the constant innovation of the city, Mango Mango fuses traditional Hong Kong-style sweet soups with modern desserts, using only the most sophisticated cooking methods and the finest ingredients -- including the freshest mangoes you'll ever taste. I tried a few standouts: Mango Sundae - Fresh and flavorful! Creamy mango ice cream layered with fresh mango chunks and a touch of cream. Light, fruity, and delicious. Strawberry Nutella Crepe - A true classic: thin, golden crepe filled with Nutella, strawberries, chocolate, and mango, topped with Madagascar vanilla ice cream. Pure heaven. Brown Sugar Cream Puffs - These were insane. The cream was dense yet fluffy, perfectly sweet, and paired with brown sugar for a rich, satisfying bite. The space is clean, modern, and welcoming -- perfect for grabbing takeout, ordering ahead, or sitting down for a sweet escape. Mango Mango doesn't just serve dessert -- it serves up a beautifully curated experience. A true 10/10 dessert bar! read more

I've waited for MM to open since seeing the ads a while back and finally got to go a month ago. Huge fan of mangoes and it is hard to find the sweet ones around here, best I ever had were I. Philippines but MM delivered on the good ones! Their desserts were everything I could expect. I imagine barriers to enjoying these treats are they can be on the pricey side compared to other desserts comparable but the quality speaks for itself. Their dining area is so cute with moderate spaced/adequate seating area and most staff were helpful, others not so friendly so they could work on that to make it welcoming. I always come to Squirrel Hill on Sundays for free parking so that's a win but the busy area can have that downfall. It seems pretty popular already and they do have an app for points/rewards. read more

This place is so cute inside! It's pretty spacious and you can order on kiosks. The staff is pretty chill and you get your desserts fast. It's pretty low key and not crowded on a Thurs night which is great. They have a lot of dessert options and drinks as well. The mango in the desserts is so ripe and fresh. They have mango juice desserts with ice cream and fresh fruit and other toppings like grass jelly, mochi, sago, red bean, and rice balls. Definitely loved it. They do Hong Kong style desserts like sesame paste soup. They also have mango pancakes which is my fav thing there. It's so good and light and everything's not too sweet. They also have more basic desserts too like waffles and crepes and crepe cakes. Everything is great! read more

I loved going to Mango Mango when I lived in NYC, so I was so excited to see that one had opened up here! Mango Mango's classic desserts are the perfect solution for when you want a sweet treat that's not too heavy - despite the deceptively large looking glasses they come in, the desserts are super light, refreshing, and so flavorful! My favorite is the strawberry mango with lychee jelly but I really don't think you can go wrong with anything on their menu! It's a popular spot so expect a bit of a wait if you go during prime hours, but luckily people cycle through pretty quickly. read more
