Been wanting to stop in here and finally made it to the Pearlridge location. Cute spot to hang out. It was a little warm but maybe they do it on purpose so your treats are extra refreshing. Lol. Everything we got to try were delicious and my favorite was my pick: waffle ice cream sandwich with my choice of ice cream which of course was mango. Also got a halo halo type of treat but mango style with delicious lychee jelly that stole the show for me. On another visit I'd like to try the crepe cakes, a woman came in who bought one of each flavor so it must be good! Passed here on my way to the food court in Pearlridge. Browsed over their menu and thought the Mille Crepe Cakes looked good so I ordered the Ube and the Mango. Brought it home and cut it in 3 pieces so we could try both. My husband and I liked the Ube better. The Mango was good but it was kind of tart...I like it sweet but my son did like the Mango better. Both were $9.50 each...pricey but due to the many layers to make it, I can see why. To me, I thought their cake had a cheesecake texture so I think I would rather buy a cheesecake at a cheaper price. This super cute dessert shop opened recently in Pearlridge. They're located next to H&T and Aloha Salads. The aesthetic there is definitely meant to be modern, cute, and ready for pictures. The desserts there are good, but I'm not sure that it's worth the price. I tried their matcha crepe cake first and it was good. The layers were nice and the cream was good - I do wish the matcha taste was a little stronger. I went back and tried the strawberry mango dessert. I thought it would have more shave ice in it, so it was a bit soupy and interesting. But I did like this combination and the toppings were good, especially the mango ice cream. Overall, this place was a bit of a splurge and I'm not sure that I would head back right away, but I do think it's a great place to try. It's hard to find crepe cake on this side of the island, so I'll probably come back for more! read more

Cute little sweets cafe in Pearlridge (movie theatre side) 2nd floor next to Aloha Salad. It was weekday at lunch time so I had this place all to myself. I was going to try something mango but it was a cool day so I decided to try warm swerts. Mo Mo Cha Cha! It's like creamy and soupy sweet potato dessert. It has little pearls (like miniature boba) and sweet potato and purple potato. It was filling so I was glad that I was hungry. The mild sweetness was just right for me. The potato chunks cuts out some sweetness so my taste bud didn't get bored. And it warmed me up. I like this Mo Mo Cha Cha a lot. This place is so cute! And service was nice. read more

First of all, this place is beautiful looking from the outside. Chairs and tables inside are so cute and comfortable. So silly I should've take more pics of the decor. I know it's a shame I didn't get anything mango flavored but I wanted to try the Ube crepe cake. It was light and pretty delicious, the back of the crepe cake was kinda hard (not inedible but it was kinda stuck together, maybe it was a little dried out?) green tea ice cream with red bean was good and the tea was really refreshing until the bottom, it got very bitter from the lime and grapefruit. Mango everything!!! Don't be like me, I kept hearing this place is next to aloha salad, I thought aloha salad was still located by Moe's, it is not lol, they are currently located on the side that used to have Sears across of hot topic. Their crepe cake has some nice texture and flavors with big chunks of mango. The mango taste is evident through out the crepe layers too. I'm glad it is a softer texture and the crepe layers kind of blend together. I kind of dislike it when you can feel all the individual layers in the crepe cakes. Weird I know. I do want to try and sit down sometime to eat here or get their drinks. It has a pretty aesthetic and the selfie swing is cool. This place just opened up in Pearlridge! Their Ala Moana location is coming up real soon, for all you townies out there. In case you didn't know, Mango Mango began in New York's Chinatown with Hong Kong style sweet soups. It has since grown to multiple states and multiple locations all around the nation, serving up crepe, waffles, hot and cold desserts. I tried the Coconut Mango Smoothie-o, Thai Bubble Milk Tea and Ube Mille Crepe Cake at this visit. The coconut jelly was quite faint in the Coconut Mango Smoothie-o drink, and the mango was so powerful, sweet and delicious. Amazing that it tastes this way, even out of season! As for the Thai Bubble Milk Tea, it was a lot creamier than I anticipated, but the boba was soft and chewy. As for the Ube Mille Crepe Cake, just note that if you put it in the fridge to eat again later, the purple ube powder turns brown. Don't be alarmed! But the starchy ube flavor is there and the whipped cream in between, adds a nice flavor to round it all out. Some of their menu items are on the higher ticket price side, most likely due to the labor it takes to make it (crepe cake), product availability (when fruits are not in season), as well as the rent they need to pay for in the mall. I kept seeing this spot not open for a while thus I was so excited to hear about its grand opening. This little gem took the place of the old Kozo Sushi. It's a very cute shop with aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The decor is very modern and sophisticated. It'll be great meeting spot. Super disappointed at this place. They have other locations in the mainland that are really good and usually use fresh mangos. When my friends and I came in to try this out since it just opened in Hawaii. My friend and I ordered the mango dessert with lychee pearl. The mango, the mango's syrup, and the jelly had no taste to it. They probably didn't mix it well or the mangos/syrup was probably leftovers from previous night. The presentation looked wonderful but had no taste. We also waited for 30 minuted for our dessert while my other friends already finished theirs....In the end of the night, my friends and I couldn't eat another bite of the mango dessert. With the cute interior as assortment of yummy desserts, this place looked promising. Unfortunately, the staff aren't very accommodating, and the dessert was just ok. We got a strawberry mango juice with sago & mango ice cream. It comes with an additional topping. I asked for half & half of the lychee & rice ball, but they said that it only comes with one topping. I explained to the girl behind the counter that I just wanted a little bit of eachbso that the dessert isn't too sweet. She was about to do it, but then the manager told her not to and said only one topping. Honestly, I didn't get why it was a big deal. I've been to many shops (even the farmer's market earlier today) where vendors didn't mind doing half and half. Or sometimes vendors would offer that an extra topping is another dollar. But the staff here didn't even offer that option. I'm a little disappointed in the service, since normally new businesses really want to make the experience good for the customer, but this manager seemed like she really didn't care. Such a great idea to have a place with just so many mango desserts! So delicious! I love mango so I was very excited to try this place out. We got the crepe cake and it was delicious. The mango flavor is so good. We also got the mango dessert with ice cream and rice balls. We had to wait a while for the rice balls to cook but that's ok. It was worth it. It was fun to have the chewiness, like mochi. The mango juice was very sweet but the flavor so good. I loved what we chose and would get them again! I would want to try other things as well. When we're first walked in, the shop was very clean, well lit, and very modern looking. We were greeted by the staff and ordered right away. The dessert was great! The mango pancake was a crepe like exterior filled with mango and a layer of whipped cream (the not too sweet Asian kind). The dessert was brought out within a few minutes of ordering. We always passed by the one at Ala Moana but never tried because it was always busy. When we saw that they had one in Pearlridge we decided to give it a try since it wasn't busy at all. The place is pretty cute and you can take pictures on their hanging chair in the front. We decided to try their Mixed Fruit Jasmine Tea ($7.25), Ube Frappuccino ($7.95) and the Mango Mango Crepe Cake ($9.50). The crepe cake came out super quick and was drizzled with mango syrup and diced mango slices. It was soft and melted in your mouth. The portion size wasn't that bad. The mixed fruit jasmine tea was probably my favorite. It was very refreshing and you can taste a hint of mango in it as well. The ube Frappuccino didn't really taste like typical ube drinks. It wasn't as sweet as well. It was pretty good but felt like something was missing. Overall, their crepe cake was nicely made. I'm surprised this place is designed more for the IG-pic than ala moana is. Ala moana has that all-white bright aesthetic while this one has an egg hammock by the entryway for pictures. I love mango mango and it's hard to disappoint me. I got my usual matcha crepe with a green tea ice cream scoop and I think the ice cream needs to be tempered or stored better because it felt frost bitten to me. This location has significantly less foot traffic than ala moana so everything came out within a few mins of us sitting down. I've been to the Mango Mango and Ala Moana a few times and it seems very bougie and makes me a little uncomfortable for some reason. Maybe it's that there are a lot of people even though the place is big and the desserts are served in fancy presentations. At Pearlridge howeverrrrrr the Mango Mango space is tiny. There are maybe 4 two-seater tables and there was hardly anyone around. It's much more chill and I feel much more comfortable hanging out enjoying a fancy dessert. They are located downtown, next to Aloha Salads. I think it's a little easy to miss, but just look for the large sign showing several beautiful drinks. I was a little caught off guard and I was in a rush, so I just chose the prettiest pink drink willy nilly--the peach smoothie with cheese foam that is featured on their beautiful outside sign and it is recommended on the menu. I had forgotten that I have already tried this drink and it was just ok. I should have gotten a milk tea, but I was feeling fancy. And rushed. I should never make rushed decisions. I like Pearlridge and will probably be back in the near future. I hope I remember Mango Mango is there because I don't really like the boba place that is near the escalators. I'm also so disappointed that the Filipino place in the food court doesn't sell drinks even though there is a whole menu of delicious looking teas and boba drinks. I'm glad Mango Mango has opened in Pearlridge and I recommend it for their fruity drinks and desserts. Price points weren't bad & it was absolutely delicious. I got a mango crepe cake & my sister got I believe is a mango/strawberry snow ice type of thing? I don't really know & it didn't try it since some of the things inside aren't my fave but she said it was very good. My first time trying was @ the ala Moana location. I had a crepe cake & a drink but I had to come back for the crepe cake. It's my favorite. They also have an ube one but I'm not a ube fan, I'm assuming if the mango one is great then the ube one must be just as good. For $9.50 It's worth it to me. I've been wanting to try this restaurant for the longest time but every time we come to Pearlridge Mall, we end up not going to this little dessert place. Today I finally got that chance and took my sister with me. It was a first time for the both of us and we actually enjoyed ourselves! They are located in the downtown side of Pearlridge mall between H&T Burger and Aloha Salads, across from Hot Topic. Their store is pretty small and there's only a few tables available to sit at. I thought it was a bit crowded but the atmosphere of this tiny place was cozy in a way. Their store front has a large sign and the menu available on a round table up front for you to look at. There was even a swing with a cute background for photos but you're not allowed to sit in the swing. It looks like it already fell down once before if you look at the ceiling anchor. As you walk in, there are tables and chairs to the left and right side along the walls all the way up to the register. I recommend viewing the menu outside first then making your way in to order because it does get a bit tight in there. Alot of people were ordering and then standing out front until their orders were ready. My sister and I got lucky since we found an open table right after we ordered. The waiter brought our orders to us and everything was as expected. My sister got a green tea smoothie without the black rice and I got the hot rose peach oolong tea. I asked if they served their hot teas iced. He said no but they could provide a cup of ice. Because we ordered our items to go, we received everything in cups. Other customers sitting around us received their hot teas in clear tea pots with all the items for the tea visible. It looked beautiful! When i opened up my cup to pour over the ice, at the top floating was a tea bag, mini rose buds, a dried orange slice and some red sweetener at the bottom. The flavor was heavenly and the aroma coming from the steam was so nice. The amount of sweetener used was perfect as I was hoping for something light. I was so happy! My sister's green tea smoothie was light but flavorful and refreshing. We both drank everything before we left. It was nice to be able to relax and enjoy our dessert drinks. The restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. Their menu features more desserts like tapioca puddings, ice creams and boba drinks so we probably will come back another day to try something else. 700 club Now we remember Tammy Faye with all the make up and Jim crying on TV. Why am I mentioning this after all these years? Because when you visit, you'll remember Mango Mango for a very long time. Now I've given high praises to Cow Cow and Rabbit Rabbit (I know you read those reviews), well this Korean Dessert shop is right up there. Not as fancy as 85 degrees back in California but really really good with the fresh fruits and creativity. I've been here four times already and I've gotten the Mango Millie crêpe cake each time. Not a big fan of crepes but stack like 50 of those on top of each other and cover with mango jelly and chunks of mango you got a fan for life. And yes I still get the ube cake covered with ube dust but the mango is the clear winner. The desserts don't really need much sugar because the fruit is naturally sweet and Mango X2 takes advantage of that. You really bite into the freshness. And those cream mix drinks they have are layered with fruit. Overall five stars. Located in the old BK restaurant across Koromo, seating is limited and vaccination is required. Staff is friendly and quick with orders (5-10 min wait). Plus they have this 70's style chair hanging from the ceiling that everyone wants to sit in and take pictures. I mean....Who doesn't love mango?! This dessert cafe is self explanatory - mango having be the center of its attention. I think the location is great but the inside being a little small. The layout is a bit weird and is hard to come in and out. Service can be a hit or miss depending on who's working. The first time I came I had a preppy and friendly girl but the next visit was the total opposite. They use fresh mangos which I love. It's so refreshing and naturally sweet - however I think they may add sweetness, but it's okay! So far I've tried their regular mango smoothie and their special mango smoothie. The difference? One automatically came with sago and cream, the other with crystal jelly! I prefer the regular mango smoothie - which had the crystal jelly. It was simple, sweet. And refreshing! I liked most of the things I tried so far. Their Strawberry Mango Smoothie is made with real fruits, if you prefer real fruits absolutely recommend. Beauty preserved hot tea was a bit sweet to my liking but I did love Rose Peach Oolong. It was savory with dry lemon slices and dry roses in it. Really nice blend. Tea cups are super cute as well. The interior is vibrant and clean. The staff is very friendly, and orders are made quickly and beautifully. Mango Mango Dessert offers a variety of options: cold desserts, hot desserts, crepe cakes slices, waffle ice cream sandwiches, hot teas served in the cutest teapots (dining in), smoothies and milk teas. The menu is huge, so be prepared. If you know me, you know I love mangoes so I had to order something that was all about it. But don't worry; if you're not a mango fan (what's this nonsense - haha just kidding), there are other options for you. There's something for everyone. My nieces and I ordered the Mango Juice Rice Ball with Ice Cream (my pick), the Mango Mille Crepe Cake and the Waffle Ice Cream Sandwich with Mangoes. Tried this place the other day. I had a dessert bowl with chunks of mango, a small scoop of mango ice cream, a mango sauce with tapioca balls, and a bit of pomelo on the top. The mango was sour and the mango in the mango ice cream was very faint. The best part was the tapioca balls in the mango sauce. I expected more for paying $10. The best ones are the Alphonso mangos but more expensive than those you are getting. The mangoes you're getting are from the distributor that sells to Costco or from Costco itself I saw the mangoes in the boxes. I understand mangos may not be fully ripened but you can tell easily. I love mango themed desserts and drinks so when this place opened, I had to give it a try. I came here for their grand opening and they didn't have the durian dessert and they told me after I ordered and paid. No biggie, I chose a different dessert- mango strawberry. The dessert was really light. Like you could barely taste the mango or strawberry. I guess it's made in the Asian style where "not too sweet" means it's delicious, because this was not sweet. It was almost like a watery/icy dessert? I got the mango special drink as well and that one had a subtle mango flavor to it, almost watery/icy like the dessert. The staff looked genuinely confused when we were ordering. They weren't really sure how to work the register yet or how to place the order, but they didn't seem like they were finished training. It's understandable given they are newly opened. I believe the girl manager/owner came in later because the staff who helped us left/went on break. She started speaking in Chinese to the rest of the staff and almost sounded as if she was scolding them from the few words I could hear (we sat all the way by the entrance). She then stared at us and it felt uncomfortable because it seemed like she was almost glaring since we got two of the free water bottles from their grand opening special. We did, however, get them because we brought in our ramen Tanaka receipt for a free one and we also spent over $30 to get a second one. I'm a Mango lover, so tell me there's a place that serves mango galore, and I'm there. The menu caught me off guard. So many items to choose from, but I went with a classic dessert, A1, to start. The taste was great - not too sweet, and surprisingly fresh. Not much extra in this menu item, so I'm glad I started with something simple. They also have drinks, teas, combos, crepes and waffles. So many choices. The staff is incredibly helpful at helping you navigate the menu. I'll be back. I have so many more things I'd like to try. read more

Mango smoothie with sago satisfied my mango craving. Drinks and dessert made with fresh mango. Not to sweet, just right with lots of mango flavor. Customer service could have been better. No thank you kind of attitude. Probably because they were busy and only 1 girl working in the front. Husband had mochi added to his drink. Mochi was not fully cooked, still hard in the middle. Other than that, I'd go again for the smoothie. read more
