He acted like he couldn't care less that the line wasn't moving. To make things worse, there was another employee in the back just sitting there eating. Maybe she was on break--I don't know--but from a customer's perspective, all we could see was one employee struggling to move the line while another wasn't helping at all. The wait was so bad that I watched at least 15 people walk out because no one wanted to stand there while the line barely moved. It was honestly embarrassing to watch. If you're scheduled to work, then work. Customers shouldn't have to wait forever because an employee is more interested in their phone than helping customers. Management seriously needs to step in because this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I definitely won't be coming back if this is the level of professionalism they allow.

I also previously had issues with tracking them down (multiple DM's and phone calls to try and schedule a delivery with no answer until late the next day). But now that they post their daily schedule on IG with frequent updates, it's a lot easier to find them! Their whole aesthetic is cute as well.
