I found this gem while on a Waco City Tour. They gave the tour participants the choice of coffee or ice cream and we unanimously chose ice cream. This place is so charming and their ice cream is so delicious, I will always return whenever I come back to Waco. I chose a small scoop and that was the perfect amount. While visiting Texas, I had to choose the Brown Butter TX pecan flavor. Having just said that the small was the perfect size, the next time I go back I will probably double up so that I can try more flavors since I don't get there that often. After we got our ice cream we did walk next door to the coffee shop which instantly made me wish I were in college at Baylor because what a cool yard to sit and gather with friends, study, or catch a show!
