The ice creams was creamy delicious! If you're in Branson, it's worth taking the time to stop.

Doesn't matter if u r in drive through line before 11:30. Once it becomes 11:30 they close. Then stuck in line behind people Who could Order. Moral Of story - stand in line much faster than drive through. read more

Andy's always hits the spot, I can't say I've ever been truly disappointed here because the frozen custard is delicious & their mix-ins are top-notch. Recently they debuted a Biscoff cookie mixture that is out of this world! They do have different sizes if you want, but even the small is enough for a solid serving dessert. Staff is always friendly & drive through was fast. read more

Andy's Frozen Custard - Cookie butter crunch (biscoff) - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Waco, Texas

Custard was good even though I prefer ice cream. It's just me! My hubby loves the custard. The service was decent even though there were a lot of Baylor students hanging out, talking, and eating custard. What a cool experience! The place was hopping with young adults and made for great people watching! read more

I like their treats. I had the largest in a collectible cup cookies and cream. I had their banana split once before and it was also very good. read more

This place is dangerously delicious, good thing it's not too close to home or we would be here way too often.

Love all their frozen custard! I find the employees helpful and as clean as possible dishing custard all day. They were quick with the service, plus an outside window if your to lazy to walk up to the window. Of course if it is 99 degrees I would take the window route. read more

Best custard and mixers/concretes around! We drove out of our way to get to Andy's! They actually mix the ingredient you choose all the way through the custard, unlike other ice cream places. And it tastes like cream, not ice milk. I hope they stick with the quality ingredients and keep it creamy. read more

The line was really long both drive thru and walk in. Second time visiting and never disappoints. The custard is creamy and delicious. All their toppings taste fresh as well. We tried strawberry and Oreo concrete with chocolate custard, Andy ozarks turtle sundae (pecans, hot fudge and caramel) and the original straw-ana sundae (strawberries and bananas). Perfect sweet treat, the frozen custard tastes really light. read more

The shake's are amazing and the lemonades are too good I can't believe this is real, 5 stars

Tried to order 3 small cups of vanilla ice cream. Apparently that's too complicated and got 2 double scoop cones and a medium cup. Won't make a mistake of going here again if they can't get the simple things right. read more

Andy's is fine, you know what you're getting, it's a chain, it's open late, it's good. Lots of toppings, lots of options. They focus on one thing and they do it well. That said, drive the few extra minutes over to Katie's Frozen Custard off Valley Mills and shop local. Andy's, located right next to downtown in the "grease pit" is convenient, but it's a chain. read more

It's freezing out and we're just walking around Waco, so why not frozen custard? They've got quite the menu of options, so be prepared to have to make some hard decisions. We opted for the small James Brownie and were surprised to get a giant cup full of a thousand plus calories. And hot fudge, which made all the difference on a cold night! The dessert is great and more than filling - definitely hit the spot. They had just made this batch fresh too because I watched the machine do it. Cool way to spend an evening if you're enjoying a cheat day! read more

How fun is this place!!?? Great flavor! So many options for the way to have your custard!! Mix it in a soda! How about their specialty root beer? A Sundae? Or a malt? Or a milk shake? Better yet.... a banana split!! The atmosphere is that of an old Tasty Freeze with its walk up windows (or drive thru for on the go). Perfect way to have a soft serve treat!! read more

Once you try Andy's Frozen Custard, you never go back to any other ice cream shop! Nothing compares to the delicious creamy custard here. The best of the best is the BootDaddy Concrete. I swear it's a party in your mouth. Vanilla custard, oreo (I substitute brownie instead of oreo), caramel and hot fudge. What more could you want!?! Other than their incredible custard, this spot is decorated in a retro diner vibe and their service is always quick and friendly. You can order through drive thru or windows in the front. It's always busy because it's THAT GOOD. 100000000% recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth! read more

Visited Andy's and went through the Drive-thru, service was very fast, almost felt rushed by employee that stands at ur car waiting for your order. But our 2 "Pumpkin Pie Concrete custards" were ready almost immediately, and was far better than I ever expected! Prices seemed a bit high upon first glance, but after I tasted my pumpkin pie pic I was ready to pay it all over again. Store was very clean inside and out. Very retro vibe. Can't wait to go back!! read more

I ordered a Straw Anna Sundae to go. There was more strawberry "juice" in it than custard! And maybe 3 strawberries for a Large size. It was terrible. After only one spoonful I threw it out. What a rip off!!! read more

Love Andy's. Lots of choices and great customer service. I just wish they had some indoor seating. With the heat, the ice cream melts so quickly. read more

I ordered a Oreo/strawberry milkshake. They tried to hand me a Oreo/Strawberry concrete which I contested. They told me no, I ordered a concrete. They then called the kid taking the order inside and closed the window while they had a conference. They opened the window back up and told me that I had in fact ordered a concrete and I was wrong. I was perplexed. I thought it was interesting they were arguing with me about what I ordered. I just wanted what I ordered. They then told me I had to "go back around." I told them to please just make the shake considering there was now a line of 10 cars. The drive through worker tsk'd at me while he closed the window which boggled my mind. I have never had an experience quite like this. They were nice enough to give me my money back. It was an overall wild experience. I can't comprehend why it was such an ordeal to make me a shake. In the time they wasted arguing and bringing the kid in they could have made the shake I ordered. They literally had all the ingredients already in the cup! The custard is great but there appears to be a lack of proper management and customer service. read more

I love the product! But the customer service sucks. I approach the window, no one was at the front. When the employee came to the window, it was the other one. She never once said Ma'am come to this window. Placed my order, no greeting at all. Almost like I bothered her at this point. When she told me my total, I said I have Andy's rewards. She said "too late" as she swiped my card. Then, when another employee comes to the window with an order, doesn't say anything. I asked "is this my order?" She said yes. I don't know if this location don't teach customer service or just they didn't get taught any manners at home. I love the one in Cedar Park! read more

Do not waste your time! You can find better desserts at McDonalds. The menu is confusing as it's not clear to what flavors of custards they even offer. The quality of the product is below average! I regret going there. Waste of money and waste of calories. read more

Shakes are terrible. Got a basic Chocolate shake and it was more like cold chocolate milk. Very disappointed.

Love custards - hard to find.. This place makes them fresh daily. Old style. Is a must if your in the area.

Boot Daddy! Nuff Said!! Great flavor and texture! Kids loves this place! ---------------

Always great! It was the busiest I have ever seen it last week and they were short handed. The employees while stressed were still friendly and taking care of the customers in cars and out front in line. read more

It would be a great idea when you are out of custard to put a sign at the drive-through notifying your patrons that you are out of custard... so they don't wait in line for 30 minutes to be told you are out of custard, since they came there for a custard. Additionally, when a patron suggest you notify them prior to waiting 30 minutes to be turned away... Don't get snarky with the patron, who is already disappointed. Poor business . read more

It's a somewhat cool place to hang out, but the quality of the ice cream varies quite a bit

Portions are huge ! Quality is good! I would ideally like to give them 3.5 stars, but that is not an option on Yelp. If you have kids, I recommend they split something, because the custard is really rich. They have many topping options, and more than just custard. Also, could not find bathrooms, but they have some water fountains on the side of the building. read more

LOVED this simple and easy it was to order a quick frozen custard cup! And it was just so yummy and delicious! It was near closing time, but the employees were so sweet and friendly. Definitely wish I had one of these in my hometown and sad I don't live closer to one! read more

Rude staff, custard not all that good. Waffle cone stale. Throw the whole thing away stale.

Came to the store 30 minutes before closing, ordered, waited for at least 15 minutes when multiple people were ordering after us and receiving theirs before us. After waiting awhile we went up to a worker and gently reminded them that we had ordered 2 birthday shakes and haven't received them yet. After getting brushed off, we continued to wait, as time was getting closer to close we had told them many more times and got the window shut in our face by the manger and many other workers who were very rude. It wasn't just us who didn't receive our orders, there were other customers waiting their with us, upset as well. After knocking on the window and getting ignored we went to the drive thru window because that was the only way to get the workers to talk to us. We were then told we were not going to be able to get out shakes anymore. We then were asking for our money back but were refused by the workers and the manger. The manger was extremely rude and was hiding in the back because she didn't want to 'deal' with us, when all we wanted was our money back. read more

This place is fantastic. The custard is creamy and absolutely delish!! My favorite is the raspberry concrete. So good!!

Great selection of choices. Delicious! Great service. Outside eating only, but nice games.

I've had the original frozen Custard, Ted Drewes, in St Louis. I've lived among some of the best Frozen Custard establishments (shoutout to Kopps in Milwaukee!) but I have to say, Andy's in Waco of all places, hangs with the best of them. Word is no batch is more than an hour old, talk about fresh! The idea of a jackhammer is pure brilliance, a pillar of hot fudge or caramel smack dab in the middle of a concrete?!?
