Upon first bite, there's a lot of tiny ice crystals and the milk fat felt a lot lower than I expected, almost like skim milk is used. There wasn't much "body" in the ice cream. Maybe it wasn't a good batch but there was plenty left in the bucket in the dipping cabinet. Based on the appearance of the dipping cabinet buckets, I could see a lot of air pockets so I knew it wasn't going to be dense and packed. Overall, maybe I'll try it again if they have Cookie Crumble or Dark Chocolate in stock again.
