We ordered a bunch of things to try like their croffle, flat croissant, matcha tiramisu, mango noodles and a couple of drinks. Let's just say we were SO full afterwards :) The customer service is very good. She was the only worker and did everything!!! The desserts were all really good including their drinks. The matcha tiramisu was my least favourite because I didn't like the taste of it. The cup was made out of chocolate so the entire dessert is edible. There is only one table available but there are a few tables in the food court. The humongous teddy bear outside the shop is so cute great for photos. We really enjoy our visit and would highly recommend it if you're in the area.

I went there on two different days to try two different items from their menu and here's my honest feedback: On the first day, we had their Oreo freak shake - it came in a glass bottle packed with Oreo milkshake, oreo biscuit pieces on the bottle, one part waffle - followed by vanilla ice cream and then the second part of the waffle drizzled with chocolate sauce. I'll admit, the presentation wasn't as fancy as it looks online. The taste was good (very basic, but good), so I wasn't disappointed. The next day, I ordered their cheesecake experience - it comes with their original flavor cheesecake factory cheesecake, along with a side of ice cream and one topping. I was told there will be an extra $2 charge if you want the cone that's shown in their pictures in the store and online. I am a fan of the theory that looks good and tastes good so I went all in and added the cone! My total came to $20 which IMO was a lot for what little was offered. I chose the biscoff crumb as a topping, malai ice cream, and Belgian chocolate sauce drizzled on top along with white chocolate. Honestly, the amount of biscoff crumbs they added was a joke. We felt like the cheesecake was way more sour than it should have been and decided to let the staff know to which we were told that the cheesecakes are supposed to stay good for 6 months (that could be true, but I believe the cheesecake slice we received was part of a bigger cake that had been thawed at least a few days back so it was starting to get sour), the staff was hesitant but accommodating so she replaced our cheesecake with a different one that we chose. We went for the Oreo cheesecake (not pictured), and I thought it was quite good. However, the cone added to the dish was also left open for a while I'm guessing so it had a weird taste. I got the montagnarde crepe. It was well put together and tasted great. The buckwheat batter wasnt too thin or thick. For dessert, I got a butter and sugar crepe. This one was alright. I found the crepe a bit more chewy than I would have liked, but overall it was good. The only downside was the food that the others got. The people I was with ordered sweet crepes (2 caramel, one nutella, one honey and lemon). For some odd reason, the nutella and one of the caramel had a salty taste to them. It may have been a mistake, but half of the crepes were a sweet and salty blend. I'm sure it was a minute error, but will keep an eye on that the next time I go (the savoury crepes looked sooo good).
