Servers had their names on the back of their shirts; a great way for customers to call their attention. FOOD Pork Barbecue was a huge serving per stick and had no fat. Lechon Manok had a mild flavor on the skin and it was fun to watch being roasted while we were waiting for seats. Pork Sisig was REALLY GOOD and had some liver in the mix. Coke was a good match for all of our meats! SERVICE Staffers were available to assist with the parking and the food arrived fairly quickly.

There were 6 of us and we couldn't finish it all. The fish was well made, as well as the BBQ. They gave us plastic gloves since we used our hands to eat, a traditional way of eating without utensils. Overall the food was excellent. Attentive good service. Inihaw gets a high recommendation!

We ordered the "Bilao" my goodness! It's literally overflowing with Inihaw goodness! The "Bilao" of food was ready by the time we got there to pick it up. I think we're going to order another "Bilao" before I leave (hopefully ). Thank you Inihaw Republic for opening for Take Out (& Delivery) during the lockdown.

They even sell tupig which tastes like tikoy to me! Very good warm and was only selling for 10php each only!! Must try! There is an outdoor restaurant so just imagine how hot it was even under a roof! The food selection was like turo turo, and bottles and canned drinks are located in the small frigs. The food was ok. Nothing special about it. They offered bangus but all fishes were traditionally done and not boneless! I guess I am spoiled in the states! Hahaha Also, to use the bathroom, you have to pay 5php to also be provided tissue. Ekk [119/100]

Going with family allowed us to order a whole bunch of really authentic Filipino dishes. Most notable to me was the super tasty "Pinaksiw na Puso ng Saging" - banana blossoms sauteed in garlic, onion, cane vinegar, and chili pepper. I kept going back to this dish. Then behold- the best Pork Sisig I've ever had- crispy pork ears, jowl, and tongue sizzling in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and garlic with no mushy fat chunks! The Laing had the perfect ratio of dried taro leaves in coconut milk plus shrimp paste, small pieces of pork shoulder, ginger, and chilis. This worked well with plain white rice. We were provided with several small dishes of kalamansi (small sweet/sour citrus fruit) and siling labuyo (small chili peppers) which most of the dishes didn't actually need. Overall, a memorably excellent food experience.

Since we were a group of 13 with varied palates and appetites, we just about ordered everything on the menu: Crispy pata, grilled squid, chicken cooked in coconut, pinanget, Bicol express, fried chicken, Laing. Pinakbet. Everything was just awesome. Our cousin swears the local food is as authentic as it gets. Check out the plates on the wall with testaments and signatures from local celebrities. Two bits of warning: parking here is tight and you will leave here stuffed to the gills.
