Inihaw means grilled food in Filipino and Bob Marlin does it justice.
My (local) cousin and his big family took us here to introduce us to the local cuisine. Since we were a group of 13 with varied palates and appetites, we just about ordered everything on the menu:
Crispy pata, grilled squid, chicken cooked in coconut, pinanget, Bicol express, fried chicken, Laing. Pinakbet.
Everything was just awesome. Our cousin swears the local food is as authentic as it gets.
