Today I went to see if it came in (I really need this med because I've been puking the last couple days without it) and I was waiting at the window in the drive thru and I heard the pharmacist tell the employee I was taking to, to "move me along I was was taking up to much time" so I replied that I had been there everyday for the last 6 days to get my medication. Every time I've come this same pharmacist has given me a hard time. I called in 2 of my medications 5 days ago and it still took an hour for them to get my meds and the 1 bottle was supposed to be a 90 day and I only got 15 pills, they had 5 days to have it ready and they called me to let me know it was ready for pickup.

The manager helped me find the Glade variety. I didn't even know that Glade made that kind of thing. Well, I picked up a few unnecessary things that caught my eye. The cashier was quick, efficient, and kind. They had what I needed here. The staff was very helpful. I was happy to come here and will definitely return soon.

Even when I have been sick as a dog, barely able to talk, and grumpy, they have been friendly (but not annoying). The store is very clean, shelves are stocked and neat. I haven't had issues using coupons and I can just enter my phone number for their rewards program. I usually have stopped here for stuff like generic cold meds, cough drops, nasal stuff. Also they run decent sales, like my allergy spray was priced little more than Walmart/Wegmans, but they had it buy 1/get 1 for 50% off deal and I could use a coupon for each, so it was a good savings. Good selection of gift and greeting cards when I am in a pinch and need something fast! Store has good amount of parking. Can be harder to get out of if you are trying to go back down French to the East (towards Transit) or onto Borden going North, but not impossible.

I happen to work overnights, and ever since the Covid Era this pharmacy has had limited hours and staff. I used to be able to pick up my prescriptions before or after work - but not anymore. Now, they're closed when I wake up for work and they don't open until three hours after I get out of work. Because I am an adult with a life and other obligations: it is difficult for me to get to Walgreens to pick up my prescription at the very moment it is ready. I recently went into the pharmacy to pick up a script that the app said was ready and - they had cancelled it because I 'did not pick it up in time.' This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I promise I am not lazy, it is just impossible for me to get there the same day. If I have to wait a couple of days - screw me, I guess, because then the prescription has been cancelled and I have to wait 45+ minutes in the store for them to fill it again. On my most-recent trip, the cashier was...and I'm sorry to say this, but I didn't get her name...a hood-rat looking young woman. She had a bad dye job, too-dark makeup, and a nasty attitude. I'd ask her a question ('How long after a prescription is ready do you cancel if it it isn't picked up?') and she'd respond with rolled eyes and an unrelated question ('Did you wanna wait for it or nah?') She mumbled a lot, too: not just to herself but also while speaking to me. She was barely audible, except when I said: 'No, don't bother filling it, I'm not waiting,' and I turned to walk away. Then is when she SCREAMED: 'Well that was rude!!!' Oh, I was rude? For expecting to pick up my prescription that the app said was ready & waiting to be picked up? Alright, then. I filed a complaint about her on the Walgreens site. I moved my prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy is a joke. The app is annoying. You can either enable or disable notifications. If you don't enable notifications then you aren't notified when your prescriptions are ready. And a lot of times, you'll get a 'Your prescription is processing' notification, then a 'Your prescription is ready' notification immediately followed by a 'Your prescription is delayed' notification - and then no further notifications, so you have no idea whether your prescription is ready or or not unless you call the pharmacy. I've called the pharmacy - the typical wait time to speak to a live human (not even a pharmacist - just a cashier) is one hour. And If you do enable notifications then you will be notified when your prescriptions are ready BUT you'll also get notifications for when sunscreen is on sale, or what Memorial Day groceries deals are happening, and MORE notifications for every other item that is on sale.

He set it to the whitest background but on the print it still was not white enough. Since they give digital photos, I figured I could probably do something with it. Nice spacious parking lot, don't feel rushed, those 30 minute parking signs are to scare the people who park there to go down to the canal. I've never walked in here and haven't been greeted with a smile friendly employee. Their cosmetic area is well lighted, spacious, and inviting. I love strolling through that area, they have the best displays and it's never a mess- which those areas tend to be. I've always loved Walgreens for their card sections, I've found they have more of a variety than Rite Aid. Get their discount card, they have suprise points and ways to get extra bonus money off of your purchases. Always ask about your points, I find they sometimes scan your card but forget to mention you have points to use. Also their 1 hour photo ready prints are my go to! I recommend downloading the app and ordering off of there than going in person.
