Coming from…read moreWalgreens, at one point I was used to being treated like a huge inconvenience, going without prescriptions for a week, or just being told to "call every day" to see if something is ready (no one picks up there). I switched to cvs and everything had been so wonderful. My prescriptions are always ready in time, if there is a delay they let you know, and they will call you back within the hour if you send them a message. Everything here has been so great that the one time I had a minor issue I pulled a Karen, left a one star review,, and called corporate. It was because of a mistake that literally wasn't anyone's fault and I realized fairly quickly that this was a monthly thing for me before. I hung up before I got through to corporate and deleted what I had written. What I'm saying is- CVS Pharmacy treats you so well that you start to expect more than humanly possible. Now that I'm not being a monstrous person who expects the world to revolve around them I'm very appreciative of this place. If your prescription isn't ready yet, you will wait ten minutes maximum. I highly suggest downloading the app though because they will always inform you when things will be ready and it will always be accurate. The staff is kind, eager to help, and knowledge. They also have some of the awesome pharmacy staff from Rite Aid which made me so happy. CVS is farther away than Walgreens but I *happily* go there instead because that small inconvenience saves me from a million large inconveniences. I honestly forgot that I literally dreaded going to pick up my meds each month because of how poorly Walgreens treated customers. Expanding my radius and going to CVS is one of the best decisions I have made as far as customer service/ retail experiences go.

As with all CVS locations, the print quality is questionable but it's very convenient if you need a quick one or two photos. I appreciate that this location often prints much faster than the estimated times online. If you're printing a larger number of photos, CVS photo does often have coupons that make the prints very inexpensive. The staff at this location has always been friendly and I've never had any major issues with the parking lot. Getting in and out is a little tricky because it's on a somewhat difficult intersection, but it's definitely manageable. Overall, a solid choice if you're looking for a CVS.

Pine offers a variety of products from human medications to pet meds to holistic care, cosmetics & skin care, trinkets, pure tart cherry juice and more. You can even get medications that have to be compounded. With that being said, they require a 48 hours notice for a refill on compounded meds. We have to refill Omeprazole for our Pomeranian mix every 30 or so days, but it's hard to tell exactly when to order 48 hours in advance because it's a liquid and it's hard to tell when it will run out. It's also tecommeded to discard after 30 days.

They must have a commission structure. Then I found this store. It's so much more chill here. I get told about a sale once, no aggressive upselling, and the staff actually remembers you. I get same things every time I go: detergent in the same scents, bar soap, and body wash for men, the same three candles, and a specific scent of air freshener. When they made the air freshener into a candle the sales lady was genuinely excited to show me because she remembered I asked. Then for the first time ever I asked her if there is anything else she thinks I would like. She remembered what I got every single time and went straight to the bar soap and said "I know you like freshwater and I think you would like ocean. Also the graphite soap is less sweet than the noir and you don't seem to like sweet. Every single suggestion this lady made was based off of actual preferences and not just a desire to make sales. She was suggesting things instead of what I was getting and not in addition to. I ended up getting to the resister and hopping out of line really quick and grabbed my usuals as well because I just wanted to make a bigger purchase because of her. I've never had a sales experience like that in my life. Like... I called corporate to tell them how much she got me to buy and that her sales process is incredible.
