I resisted, I didn't want one but he started showing my how bad my split ends looked and brought out some special magnifying machines to show me how bad my ends are. (ANYTHING would look bad under the microscope.) Paolo spent under 10 minutes, talking way too much nonstop the whole time about how my hair needed his "special" cut and how damaged my hair was and how the hair would improve. TEN minutes, he had a lady there with a blow dryer blowing the strands one way and he'd cut the "baby" hairs underneath because it supposedly made my hair healthy. Ten minutes THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS! My hair looked crappy. Almost a year later, my hair still looks crappy, its' thin on bottom and feathery and unruly, it was never this way. I have always gotten a blunt cut at super cuts and I have always been satisfied. FORGET ABOUT GOING TO THIS GUY. He is full of hooey.

Blow drys are free with the haircut. They take all major credit cards. The salon replaced another salon. The staff will get you a tea, a soda, water, or a coffee complimentary. When Robert did a Bob haircut on me, it was wonderful, and some people in my neighborhood noticed immediately. They also have colorists. You have to feed the meter depending on where you park.
