The line moved quickly enough so that we didn't feel like we were in line a long time. There were four registers open this morning, two hours into operating hours. That's respectable, in my former retail worker opinion. Staff seemed cordial enough, some more enthusiastic than others but that could just be nerves, personality, circumstance, whatever. Also for those who inevitably will ask about the bathrooms: they are off limits to customers. Currently, only employees may use the restrooms. This is directly from a sales associate yesterday during their official grand opening. Thursday, they had a soft launch. So, plan accordingly and have a back up plan for other bathrooms that are usable in the area and clean. Lost one star for that because while I understand the reasoning, that's also terrible business strategy. You risk potential sales of a customer wants to buy something but would like the restroom first. Overall, I'm glad the store is here and I hope it continues to improve and stay in the great state it's in currently now.

Colin called me back right away and spent a lot of time asking questions to understand my needs. I ended up setting a time with him to go up the next day. I show up to the shop and Colin spent time looking over my pipes and making recommendations to make playing them easier. He wasn't there to sell me anything at all but I did end up making a few purchases, which in my opinion I underspent on. It was very quickly clear to me how much Colin just enjoyed bagpipes and the bagpipe culture. I needed a fitting room and a younger male employee caught my attention from across the store and came over to help me in a timely manner. Even the security guard was nice and welcoming. The store was clean and well stocked. Check out moved quickly as they had four employees on the register. Overall, I found some really good sales and left with some great stuff.

For an iPhone6 they charged me $70. Pricing was very good. I looked up the charge at an Apple store and they would of charged me $130. They told me the phone would be completed within half an hour. Great timing! They also gave me the option to sit and wait or come back. Stepped out to run an errand. Upon my return the phone was quickly repaired and payment was handled just as quick.
